Washington Heights vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice, unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave after the weekend. The rest of our party did continue to stay for the remainder of the week.

This place was very clean and in very good condition. Checking in was easy and simple. The owner was there and greeted us in a warm and welcoming manner. He showed us around the location and shared all kinds of useful information. The house had clean linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen was well appointed, had modern appliances and was spotless clean. The location is wonderful, on a quiet dead-end street with little traffic but close to the downtown area and beach with access to downtown via a service road that avoids the busy traffic on Rt. 1. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay for a small group and we will probably return!

This property is a gem -- sparkling clean, bright, wonderful decor and beach chic. Great location. The hosts are the best and made everything so easy. Highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage was just right for our family of 3 and our dog. It is very close to restaurants and stores, and the beach. Greg went out of his way to make our stay a great one by making numerous recommendations and just being very kind and communicative. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs and Gordon's Pond Beach is beautiful! We will definently be back.

Great condo, modern, with all the amenities, very clean, convenient location. Great pool. Quiet. Nice neighborhood for walks. Walkable to the beach but a car ride might be easier. Near lots of great restaurants and shops.The covered parking right outside your door couldn’t be more convenient for packing, unpacking, and going for a quick drive. Both an upper level balcony and ground level patio, with a grill ( which we didn’t use but, hey it’s there if you like to grill!). Host was great and responsive. The only words of caution: the spiral staircase makes it tricky for the clumsy, and there is only one shower so maybe not ideal for elderly or small children (or shower hogs). We would definitely stay here again, happily. And we likely will next year!
