Perfect for a family or two with dogs. Easy access to dock. Open concept living and dining. Game room is downstairs, allowing a separate area for kids. Bring your boat, or rent from Squirrel's Boat Rental (they will bring it to you if you tell them you are with us).

Birthday getaway

Adorable home with an amazing view proved to be the perfect way to spend a weekend getaway. We needed a central spot for hiking and fly fishing and this location was perfect!

Great cabin!

Everything was great. The only thing the group agreed that would be beneficial is a ceiling fan on the beautiful deck. Thank you for a wonderful place for our ladies’ retreat.

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at the Lake Daze property in Crane Hill. The booking was easy and came with a guide book to ensure options for eating and local boat rental. The view from the top deck was beautiful. Easy walk to the dock. We enjoyed the fire-pit as well as the clean propane grill. Quick response when I had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Lake Retreat

Great place to get away and enjoy the lake. Great view of the water. Lots of things to entertain…arcade games, ping pong, kayaks, covered boathouse, fire pit. Very reasonable pricing. Renter was very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Memorial Day week vacation

This was a great house on smith lake. Beautiful view and great dock to fish and swim off of. We kayaked, swam and caught a few bass from the dock. Great week!

Relaxing Weekend Away

Amazing place to stay for the weekend! Great porch to hangout on and eat meals between trips to the dock and playing in the lake. Brought all our groceries with us and didn’t leave the whole weekend! It was a very relaxing and restorative weekend for our family.

I’m a language teacher and enjoy travel and learning about other cultures. We started renting out our future retirement home back in 2011. Since then, we have added two more properties that are in our favorite vacation areas. Our goal is to provide memorable and affordable experiences for families and small groups. We particularly love dogs and encourage responsible owners to bring them along!

Why they chose this property

Though we live and work in Nashville, TN, the beauty of the northern Alabama lake area has appealed to us for years. This home offers our family a retreat where we can disconnect and focus on the family and the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

Many of the homes on Smith Lake require A LOT of steps to get to the water. We love being able to reach our dock with few or no steps (depending on your route!).
