Our condo is in Spence Manor, which is a building that was built as a hotel for artists to stay at, including Elvis & Willie Nelson. By Vanderbilt & Belmont.

This building neighbors some of Nashville’s most prominent record labels & publishing studios today, including Warner Music Group right across the street! You never know who you might bump into in this area. Walking distance from numerous live music spots, restaurants, bars, shops, and more – enjoy the most vibrant & historic area of the city!

After exploring all that Nashville has to offer, retreat to this quiet, relaxing condo! We’re located less than 20-minutes from the airport, less than a mile from Vanderbilt, a mile from Belmont, and just minutes from some of Nashville’s most renowned music venues & attractions. The home is fully equipped with all of the essentials, from towels to cooking supplies and anything else you might need during your stay. We hope to host you for your next visit to Music City!

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

NO flushing anything down the toilet besides toilet paper

$100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.

The Music Row location is genuinely iconic — Spence Manor was mentioned on three tours we took — and the surrounding neighborhood made it easy to find great food without any hassle. This spot is in a great location and we were able to walk to dinner at Chauhan Ale and Masala House for dinner. It styled very nicely and is comfy as well. We only stayed one night but when we do it again we will definitely see if we can book this place.

Awesome Long Weekend

Fantastic location for a long weekend in Nashville. Quiet location to relax at night and get some good sleep, but a short walk/uber to Broadway. Host was super responsive and accommodating when we had our only problem of the weekend (just needed help locating the router to reset the WiFi), and she was constantly messaging me on the app checking in making sure everything was going well!

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed being a just a few miles away from downtown. The bars within walking distance were nice and had live music. We Ubered downtown so we could have a couple drinks and not have to find parking. We did get to enjoy the pool one day. We really had a great time.
