Welcome to our luxurious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at the amazing Avida Residences. This upscale retreat boasts high-end finishes that will elevate your stay, tastefully decorated and thoughtful touches by the owner. Immerse yourself in the comfort of two pristine bathrooms, ensuring a stress-free morning routine. The property also offers access to a range of convenient amenities, making it the perfect home base for your stay in this vibrant destination.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.
** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
Important : From June 1st to 15th, 2026, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, there may be some noise and workers in the area carrying out the improvements.
