The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels: Please gather all used beach towels, bath towels, washcloth & hand towels, and place them in the laundry room on the floor. Bed Linens: Please leave the bed linens on the beds.
Dishes: Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it before you go.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash—including fridge and pantry items—in the outdoor bin. No loose trash, please!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are on a septic system and nothing besides toilet paper may go into the toilet. We have provided disposable bags for any feminine products.
The AC must remain on “AUTO,” or it will freeze up and repair required. The AC will not go below 68 degrees during the summer months.
Please ensure that guests conduct themselves in a respectful manner to our neighbors and community. Loud noises are not permitted between 10p and 8a.

Great Place for broad age range family

This place had everything we needed. We had a 3 month old, 2 toddlers, and 6 adults and it was accommodating to all. The backyard area was nice to have when the kids needed a break from the beach. Living was easy at this rental! Would stay again.

Great house for a quick getaway to 30A! Super close walk to the beach. Mom, Dad and 2 teenage kids fit perfectly with room and beds to spare! Plenty of shops nearby, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Convenient to everything but also much quieter and less crowded than areas like Rosemary, Seaside, etc. Excellent and responsive host. Good value.

Clean and Good Area

We had a great stay here! The house was well-kept and gorgeous, and in a nice neighborhood. It was a perfect distance from the beach and close to a local grocery store. We definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation. We also got to check in early which was amazing. The owners were great and kept us informed of any changes or problems.

Perfect beach rental

Malea’s property was the perfect rental for my family’s annual vacation! It was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room, whether we were cooking and enjoying a meal inside or hanging out in the cute backyard. There was a storm one day and the power went out in the area, and Malea was quick to submit an incident report to FPL and checked in to make sure the power was back up that day. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
