Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor.

We have 3 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore 3 Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

The unit’s size is big enough, but to sleep 4 full grown adults might be a stretch. Clean and well maintained. The friendliness and professionalism of the management team of Glen, Vhanessa, and Noli were above and beyond. They made you feel like family. Their attention to details to make our stay very comfortable and worry free was bar none. For sure we are going stay on this property upon return to Manila in the near future.

The Condo itself was fairly good. Felt cramped due to layout, and had some issues like broken drawer and patio lock, but overall was ok. Balcony and view is terrible. Contact person (Glen) is fantastic, as is the location so close to MOA. But the really bad is the hallway and elevators. They are dirty, smelly, and no AC. Leaving and returning to the room is miserable. Had problems with flying insects coming in from hallway when opening the door. It is a nice building, so it's a shame they don't keep it up the way they should.

We are dedicated to meet your condo hotel needs whether short or long term. Having lived in California since 1993, I know your expectations for a relaxing vacation. We aim for perfection and our success is based on your perfect feedback.

I personally own multiple units of 1 bedroom with balconies at S, Shell, Shore 1, Shore 3 Residences in Mall of Asia (MOA) and Fame Residences in Mandaluyong. I have more units currently being built at BLOOM (PNQE), RED (Makati) and more at FAME (Mandaluyong) Residences so we are here to stay in this business.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. Everything you will see in the unit came from the US including towels, beddings, blankets, even floor mats! The unit is furnished with things you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
