Situated on the 9th floor of Summerchase Condominiums, this luxurious unit offers magnificent views of the Gulf of America coastline from the private balcony. Enjoy the advantage of working directly with the owner and bypassing management companies and going directly to your condo. Our unit is complete with a starter pack of paper goods and soaps to ensure a relaxing stay. Sleeps 8.

Awesome Location

This is a nice condo in an excellent location. During our stay, the beach in front of the condo was never crowded which made it even nicer. We would certainly stay here again. On a side note, the CoastAL restaurant next door is really great: spot, guitar player, food, drinks, gift shop.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was very clean and beds very comfortable. The balcony view is amazing! Location as well as beach access are perfect. No issues checking in or out. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony.The only disappointment was that the indoor and outdoor pools were closed due to maintenance issues. We knew the owner couldn’t help change that! We would definitely go back to this condo!

We had a lovely time in Orange Beach! The property was really nice. We had a wonderful view. The property was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely - and was in a great location. We hope to visit again soon!!! Thanks so much

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. It was a quiet little spot in a great location. The condo was exactly as listed/expected. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family loves this spot on the beach and this unit is beautiful and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to grocery and drug store. Coastal restaurant is steps down the beach.

Great place!!

This place was perfect for my husband, me, and our 3 kids (3,5,7.) The views of the ocean are beautiful!! The location is perfect. The owner was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Perfect condo on the beach with a beautiful view and great location! Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The host (Dusty) had great communication, even checking in with us to make sure all was well.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very well maintained and stocked. The kitchen had everything you needed. The furniture was extremely comfortable unlike most rental units. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this unit again.
