Our home is on a half-acre lot in a peaceful, quiet country setting.  We are only 15 minutes from Downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Very nice inside—clean and fresh! The outside was a little plain; a gazebo would have been great since the sun beams directly on you. The pool was the perfect temperature, and my kids and I really enjoyed it—it felt like the perfect back-to-school mini vacation, as they called it. The AC blew nice and kept the house comfortable the whole time.It would have been nice if the fire pit in the back had wood ready to use and a lighter on hand, but they did provide s’more sticks which was great since we couldn’t find any nearby. The house didn’t have a can opener and there was no body wash, but that wasn’t a big deal. It also would have been nice if life jackets and pool toys were available.We loved the privacy with neighbors being farther away. The pool and outside area could use a bit more lighting, and one of the kids’ room games didn’t work, but overall we truly enjoyed the house.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental. When it says rural it means it. However, when we walked in it was just like the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and the host was very communicative and checked in to see if we needed anything. Super clean and the pac man was great. The bunk beds were very spacious as I expected twins and they were both full size. The bedrooms both had king. All the beds were very comfortable and it was such a nice weekend stay. Thank you for letting us stay.

Quiet abd comfortable

. Nice little house with plenty of room for the family. The bunk beds were larger than normal and everyone stated they slept comfortably. Some maintenance issues were passed to the host. The listing pictures of the outside area didn't match reality, but we are coming out of winter. Overall very enjoyable and great location for our purposes.

The sheets were stained, the decretive pillows and sleeping pillow cases in the bed rooms had stains on them, we were given 2 garbage bags for 10 people for 3 days. The pool was disgusting. Dirt on the ceiling around the vents, whole in the wall in the bathroom. Looked like they replaced the towel rack but didn’t fix the whole. The house is very small. It looks much bigger in the pictures. For the cost of the house I expected better

I was being pretty generous on 3 stars. Host was very communicative, that wasn’t the issue. First off it’s not in a great area but we didn’t have any issues. The outside isn’t very appealing. I asked for early arrival like 1:30 but they only gave me 3pm. When we get to the house there is a bug inspection tag from 9/16 so there wasn’t anybody in the place so why couldn’t they give us 1:30? When we opened the door there were dead bugs on the floor. We didn’t see any live bugs so there’s that. On the third day we got locked out because the key pad battery went dead so here we were at 10pm locked out of the house. Texted the host and 20 minutes later he lets us know about an extra key. They never came out to fix the key pad. I do agree with other reviews that the bed comforters and pillows have stain marks. It can’t cost that much to replace them? It just gives a bad impression. Everything just looks really worn out. The place isn’t bad but isn’t good so that is the 3 star review.

The neighborhood didn't make us feel safe. No curb appeal - looks like a dump. All dirt, weeds; poorly maintained exterior. Back yard was basically the same. I'd call this "a pig with lipstick." The interior was fine, though it needs a lot of basic maintenance. Front door funky. Nook area sills were disgusting. Kitchen needed more basic cooking items. No dish drainer or extra kitchen towels. Baking sheet in the oven was gross. No glasses? Just plastic cups. Couldn't use the shower as we couldn't figure out how to make it a shower. Shower doors in Master were super heavy and hardware didn't match. Many hits in the walls; needs to be spackled and repainted. Aside from the pool (pool was dirty and all lounge chairs broken.) the rest of the back is unusable. Like the front, it's all weeds, dirt, dirty and gross. Would NEVER recommend this place.

Cute and Fun

This property was cute and updated. The whole house was clean and organized and equipped with everything one might need. The pool area was clean and so fun! My family and I had a blast. Communication was easy and simple and they answered any questions I might have had. Would book again!
