Armando and Roxana, although it is unfortunate you had a bad experience, I have messages dating back to august 7th that have the correct address and building name. In addition the access code and guide are automated to be delivered to all our guests at least 48hrs prior to your arrival directly from the platform which you used to book. I can see that you dont have much experience using this platform, or the navigation application as even after I sent you the exact location which I send all my guests you were sitll the first and only guest who has had issues finding my apartment. You were rude everytime we spoke on the phone, you damaged my property after someone in your party coloured their hair pink and stained both the bathroom floor and bedding. We know you have alternative options to book when you stay in Guatemala and I encourage you to use those on your next stay.
