This new, modernized, spacious 4 room apartment with a wonderful balcony view of Richard-von-Weizsäcker-Platz offers enough space, especially for families and large groups or business travelers for up to 12 people who want a successful stay in a pleasant atmosphere .

The apartment is designed to the most modern standard and combines modernity, comfort with the colorful lifestyle of Berlin. The apartment is equipped with all amenities so that you can enjoy an unforgettable "Berlin stay".
All bedrooms are equipped with pleasant ambient lighting. The large bedrooms can either be connected or closed using the existing dividing doors.

The living room awaits you with a large dining table that offers enough space for 12 people. The cozy leather sofa invites you to linger.
TRANSPORT AND ENVIRONMENT
The apartment is located directly opposite a popular shopping mall that offers numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. With numerous cafés, small boutiques and lots of greenery, the nearby Akazien-Kiez attracts a colorful crowd to Schöneberg. Families and long-established residents feel just as comfortable in the tranquil streets with inexpensive restaurants and many small shops as do students and tourists who have moved to the area and want to take a look at the neighborhoods beyond Kreuzberg and Mitte.
You are excellently connected to the public transport network. The S-Bahn station Julius-Leber-Brücke is only 300 m away, and the underground station Kleistpark is 500 m away.
There are also numerous bus lines right in front of the apartment, which will take you comfortably to all corners of the city.

Very good place to stay

It is a great location. Subway short walk. Busses right in front of the place. Nice large apartment.

The apartment is every bit as perfect as the pictures. It looked so perfect online I had my doubts. We were a group of 9 and we definitely had room for more. The apartment is very spacious with tall ceilings and large rooms. At night, it is so quiet! The neighborhood is perfect! Close to transportation, shopping and terrific restaurants. A big shout out to Coffee Pony, we ate breakfast there every day and this I will miss the most! Dinner at Wirthaus Heuberger and Renger-Patzsch (we went twice, to both places!) And late night Shwarma at Sultan Al Sham. If I ever visit Berlin again, with a large group, I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Perfect.

Vacation

It was a good experience and location. A few maintenance issues, the ceiling in the bathroom needs to be repaired. Overall, very good central location. We enjoyed our stay here. While there is an elevator, you must be able to go up or down a half floor of stairs to get to the flat.

Good location. A bit unkempt for our taste.

The property came mostly as specified. The property manager was very nice. Note! No dryer. They have a particular check-out process whereby you do most of the cleaning before you leave. Otherwise they charge you an overly expensive penalty. It'd be much more comfortable for guests to leave apt as is and pay a cleaning charge as is customary stateside. The entire apartment was not especially clean upon arrival especially the bedrooms and kitchen.

Hello, thank you for your rating! We are sorry that you found the apartment a bit untended in some places. Due to illness, we had a cleaning representative and usually work with a very good cleaning company. Regarding the "deterrent to additional cleaning fee" I can say that this fee is only charged for particularly severe cases of excessive dirt, as house parties have been held in the past and the apartment has been left in a disastrous condition. I hope that I was able to clear up the circumstances in this way and I look forward to welcoming you again.

Toute une nuit sans dormir a cause d'une musique infernale jusque 6h du matin en dessous de l'appartement.(metal/Rock) Prévoyez d'informer le syndic de l'immeuble car les clients risquent de fuir

Dejlig lejlighed på rigtig god beliggenhed. Let til transport og handel. Eneste lille minus er mangel på service og bestik, når man er 11 mennesker, men ikke noget, vi ikke kan leve med. Pænt og rent, god kontakt med udlejer, varm velkomst☺️Alt i alt en super oplevelse, der gerne gentages☺️

Schöne teure Altbau-Wohnung im Luxussegment

Die FeWo verfügt über 3 große helle Schlafzimmer, allerdings gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten für 12 Leute, die Kleidung unterzubringen. Die Betten sind hervorragend! Das Wohnzimmer ist ein bisschen dunkel (nur ein kleines Fenster in den Hinterhof) und an den Esstisch passen höchstens 10 Leute. Auch das Geschirr ist recht knapp bemessen. Die beiden kleinen Bäder sind okay. Allerdings tropfte bei unserem Aufenthalt eine gelbe Flüssigkeit aus der Decke des einen Bades, so dass die Kinder es 2 von 5 Tagen nicht mehr benutzen wollten. (Laut Aussage des Vermieters wurde das Leck inzwischen repariert.) Die "sensationelle Aussicht" geht auf die vielbefahrene, sehr laute Hauptstraße in Schöneberg, unserer Meinung nach ganz und gar nicht sensationell. Da wir nur 6 Personen waren, war der Platz insgesamt ausreichend und wir haben uns bis auf die Badproblematik sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Stadtteil ist sehr international und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut.

Das mit der einen tropfenden Badezimmer Decke am letzten Tag vor Ihrer Abreise (was nur Wasser war) ist ein unglücklicher Umstand der eingetroffen ist und hoffen, dass Ihr euch dennoch zu 6 (3 Erwachsende) mit einem Bad dann am letzten Tag arrangieren und euch für die schönen Seiten des Apartments vor allem Berlins begeistern konntet.
