The bungalow is located in a quiet, well-kept row house complex in Moraira.
In 2019 the bungalow was completely renovated, modern and tastefully decorated. On the upper floor there is the open kitchen with dining area and living room and one of the 3 terraces. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 more terraces are on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). Change of bed linen and towels are available free of charge.

For children there is a high chair, a travel cot and a staircase safety device.

The row house complex has a community pool and a tennis court, which can be used free of charge. Sun beds are available, tennis rackets and balls must be brought.

Moraira and its neighboring towns offer various beaches and bays for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. There is a large selection of restaurants and bars for every taste and budget. In the Xinringuitos, the usual beach bars, you can enjoy the sunset and the breathtaking view along the coast to Calpe. In addition to a marina, Moraira offers various water sports such as: B.
