For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced), garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Playa Plagetes" 300 m (small), rocky beach "Cala L´Andragó" 600 m. Sports harbour 1.8 km, marina 1.8 km, golf course (12 hole) 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest, Peñon de Ifach. The owner does not accept any groups.
