Welcome to your beachfront escape at the Reef Club! Located at 1000 Gulf Blvd, Unit 207, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,380 square feet of coastal living with direct views of the Gulf and the resort-style pool. Experience "Old Florida" charm combined with modern convenience. Located on the second floor of the Reef Club the condo will accommodate up to seven people. One large private patio off the living room, provides amazing night time star-gazing and picturesque views of the Gulf and beach. The large fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, wet-bar, and well-appointed living area with a modern touch will provide any group with an amazing beach going experience.

This second-floor retreat features:

Accommodations: Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with a generous open floor plan.
Private Balcony: Sip your morning coffee or watch breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the pool and turquoise waters.
Full Kitchen: Equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and essential cookware for home-cooked meals.
Beach Gear: Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels
Convenience: In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV are all included.

This was our second trip in 3 years back to this condo. Such a great spot. It is very well maintained and perfectly stocked. The pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts were awesome to have right there. Also, so many great restaurants within walking distance as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was exactly as shown. Kitchen was very well stocked for all your cooking needs. While it was an older building, the unit was very updated, and the property very nice. Pool, pickleball courts, and corn hole was great! Beach view for our unit was amazing, beautiful sunsets. We do have a few complaints or constructive criticism. The biggest concern was a musty smell in the unit. Talking with other people at the condo, they also had mentioned that The next thing would be better shower caddies, everything falls right through them. Also, I felt like it needed new pillows. Mark was very responsive to our questions and booking process.

Nice Property

Our family enjoyed staying in this unit and at Reef Club. The family room and kitchen were very nice. The bathrooms are nice and updated. The in-unit laundry room was fantastic.

Comfortable Condo on the beach

The condo was everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything my son the chef needed to keep this hungry family happy. The pool, outdoor area and access to the beach was wonderful. We will be back to stay again!

Place was updated and clean. Plenty of room for 4 kids and 3 adults! Lots of amenities as well. Location was great. Not crazy crowds but walkable restaurants and stores. Trollly is convenient to go to Clearwater or John’s pass for lunch or dinner. We had a great stay and the view was amazing

Amazing condo!

Loved our stay at this property! Owner was very responsive, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the kids had an amazing time at the beach despite the cool weather (collecting seashells and making sand sculptures). the condo is well maintained and very well equipped. There were restaurants and ice cream places within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

Great view & place

Nice property with very good pool, hot tub, deck & game area. Easy access to the beach. Beach very nice. The parking space for our unit was difficult to get in and out of.

Great condo

Vacation was awesome with a great owner. Mark was the best. There to answer any questions which we only had a few and he answered within minutes. The condo was great, the view was great and will definitely come back. Overall great experience

Excellent property!

Beautiful, updated, comfortable condo. Great pool, hot tub, and beach. Terrific location, within walking distance of many restaurants. Onsite property managers were super nice and responsive. Management contact was outstanding with communication. 10 stars!!!

Wonderful Condo

We had a great stay here The beds were comfortable, The kitchen was well stocked. Balcony had great views of the pool and beach. We could walk to many restaurants. Mark could be reached immediately for any questions or concerns. Parking space was very small for a pickup truck, and we ended up parking in the guest spot which worked out fine. We would definitely stay here again!
