This comfortable apartment is located in a small holiday complex, a well-kept, modern house with a total of 16 residential units, near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vincente, near Pollenca, in the northwest of the island.

Apt. Grande Almendro is located in a small annex with 4 apartments, on the 1st Floor, with private balcony and view of the surrounding landscape and the pool.

The apartment has:
2 bedrooms, 1 x with double bed, 1 x with 2 single beds,
1 bathroom with shower (renovated Oct. 2019)
1 living room with integrated kitchenette, dining table for 6 people. 2 sofas that can be used as a sofa bed, but only for children and / or an extra bed.

The former fishing village of Cala San Vincente offers its visitors many cafes and restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy, diving school, car rental and a health center.

Two bathing bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are only 400 m away. The rocky foothills of the Tramuntana mountains fall to the right and left of the bathing bays into the sea and, depending on the position of the sun, immerse the surroundings in a new light. Unique in Mallorca.

A large swimming pool, with a separate children's pool, is surrounded by a spacious terrace and many sun loungers and umbrellas.
