Enjoy your stay at the beautiful and spacious house situated in the heart of Southwest Florida. The house is featuring three spacious bedrooms with extra sleeping spots in the family room for your guests. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. Private heated pool with outdoor dining area. Quiet and peaceful gated community surrounded by variety of restaurants and shops. Only 10 min drive to the white sand Bonita Springs beach.
We have a smart door bell with a camera(video and audio recording) as well as security camera above the garage door. Both cameras facing the street.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice mature gated neighborhood,house was clean,pool was great had some minor toilet issues which I took care of my self ,we took it upon ourselves to transplant some plants to a larger container, very handy area for all types of shopping , had to keep rebooting the modem mainly at night for all tv service.
