Location was the best feature. The kitchen needed to be cleaner— example- some shelves and countertops in kitchen were dirty; the primary bathroom had no mirror by the sink to use for shaving and fixing hair; needs a good deep clean— carpets and some other items were dirty and or stained— dead bugs on window ledges— some sockets didn’t work and the hall lights didn’t work; the yard needed weeds cut and a good general cleaning overall

Great Location with Easy Access to SLC

We had a nice stay at this property. It was in a great location for easy access to any stores, restaurants, and amenities we needed. Only 25 minutes to Salt Lake City!

Comfort and plenty of space to stretch your legs after a long day of work

Thanks to the high hotel rates in the SLC metro, I decided to take a look into VRBO and was delighted to find this property. What you see in pictures is what you get, a very nice place with up todate applaince, super clean and spaciouse accommodate with comfortable furnishings. I couldn't be more delighted, I was well rest each day i was there. The location is on a main road but wasn't so busy or loud during the even. Host Chante was quick to respond on any of my questions and concerns. I will definitely check its availability the next time I'm in town.

Good place for small group/family

The house was great. Perfect for a small group or family. The communication was wonderful, house was super clean. Only thing was the road out front is a little busy so getting out was a a little tough. Would stay her again if in the area.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean

We had a really good stay here, lots of space for us to spread out. Very comfortable beds and everything was clean. Communication with owner easy and they were very helpful.

Just what we needed. We will be back

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. 4 adults and 2 kids all had plenty of room to live and not be on top of each other. Kitchen had ample space for family meals and the back deck was a pleasant retreat in the evenings. One of the adults staying at the house had some mobility challenges, they were able to move around the house with ease. The front door does have two steps one of which is artificially tall because stone was added later after construction. In a perfect world a handrail would be added at the front entrance but overall it all worked well. We chose this location due to its proximity to many of our friends who live in the area and even though it’s technically “wrong side of the tracks” neighborhood we had no issues and I felt entirely safe the whole time. We will absolutely be staying at this property again. It fit all our needs, was close to everything we wanted to do and was an amazing price. The host was also amazing. Quick responses when we had minor questions or concerns and did not set any unreasonable expectations on checkout. In fact every host should model themselves off them.

Perfect road trip oasis!

My family stayed here for 2 nights following camping at Grand Teton. We were so excited to have beds, a kitchen, showers and access to restaurants and shopping! This house made a perfect spot to recover from camping and get us ready for the next leg of our trip. The location was 20 min from the capitol/downtown and 45 min from Great Salt Lake. We followed our host’s recommendation to go to Antelope Island and had a great time jumping in the lake. The house itself is super clean and the layout is perfect for a family. The kitchen is big with a table for 7, there’s a great patio with a big table and small view of the mountains. The ping pong table and multiple Roku TVs kept our family entertained. The laundry machines look brand new. The bathrooms seemed newly renovated and the showers had plenty of hot water for our family of 6. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed to cook nice meals plus some basic oils and spices. The door lock keypad was very convenient. Wifi connection was great. The neighborhood seems like an older one mixed with new development. We enjoyed the original feel of this house and the ones around it. We enjoyed the nearby centennial park and took advantage of all the shopping. Walmart, target, Costco etc all 10 minutes away. Plus there’s an In n Out burger! We didn’t want to leave this house and would definitely stay again if we come back to SLC.

Great stay

The home was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on some very hot summer days and the house was nice and cool. The area was nice with many dining and shopping options. We rented this property to attend a concert at usana amphitheater. It was a 10 minute drive and easy to get to. The host was great and responded quickly to all messages that were sent. I asked if we could check in an hour early since my family was arriving from out of state early. It was no problem. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay!

The house was wonderful and very clean. The ping pong table was an added bonus! Beds and couch were very comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to any issues and very communicative. The only issue we had was the traffic noise on the street and spotlight from the neighbors garage, but nothing you can do about that, so other than that it was a great place to stay!

1st time USING VRBO

My first impression was uh oh, this is on a busy street with noise. You could here cars inside but it died down towards evening. Much much better than a hotel by far. It was a cute, clean, quaint place. We enjoyed ourselves. We WOULD use this house again. We also liked that there was chess and ping pong. Nice plus.

Primary Childrens Hospital Stay

This house is Immaculate very lovely. The host was beyond caring and kind. It's A very large home in A good area It's only two minutes away from A very nice park if you have kids or teenagers who like to sled. Me and my family where here for two days for A hospital stay it was perfect. There is A nice washer and dryer the host even provided laundry soap. Huge kitchen with table that seats seven. Large back yard with beautiful deck. If you stay here treat the host well take care of there property. There good people
