In this home, you will have four large bedrooms to choose from (3 of which are downstairs, one is upstairs). Two bedrooms downstairs have 1 comfy king bed in each, while the other bedroom has two full beds, with direct access to the screened porch. One of the bedrooms with a king bed has a full bathroom accessible right next to the bedroom, while the other two bedrooms downstairs share a Jack-&-Jill bathroom with direct access to the bathroom from each room.

Upstairs, right off of the game room, is the fourth bedroom. This room is equipped with another comfy king bed & has an ensuite bathroom attached. This bedroom is essentially in its own wing of the house, away from all others for some extra privacy!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Two of the three full bathrooms are located downstairs. One is accessible directly off of the hallway - this one has a shower/tub combo. The other full bathroom, which has a standing shower only, is shared between two of the bedrooms. Upstairs, the last full bathroom is attached directly to the fourth bedroom, which also has a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen and dining area of this home have kept the original historic charm that this home offers. With new, modern appliances, the design and overall theme of these rooms has really emphasized the uniqueness of this space, making you feel as if you are in the speakeasy-era.

This home boasts two separate living areas. The main living room is downstairs, right off of the front door. This room has lots of comfy seating, a smart TV, and of course the same historic, bar-themed decor throughout. Right upstairs is one of the main draws to this home: the loft. In one corner, you will find another comfy seating area with a smart TV. In the other corner, you will be entertained for days with our three retro-arcade games in this true gamer's corner.

The last piece to this home is complete with the recreation room. Here you will find a pool table & high top seating in this cozy, yet fun, nook of the house.

Right off of one of the downstairs bedrooms, you will have access to the screened-in porch (+ smart TV). This is yet another cozy space in this house that will keep you wanting to stay in all day!

Right past the screened-in porch is the fully-fenced yard, where you also have ample space to park. Here you will find a grassy area, as well as a large concrete pad that can be used to keep your car safe & locked up or running around with your pets (which you are welcome to bring!).
