Welcome to Casa Selva, where dreams become reality. Situated within the exclusive, private community of Eco Golf Estates and overlooking the expansive greens of La Iguana golf course, this recently renovated estate is truly a tropical paradise.

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this sprawling 5.600 square ft home sleeps 10 people and is an entertainer’s dream come true. Offering an open floor plan with exposed beams, complete with pool table and bar area, Casa Selva brings together the comforts of home while leaving plenty of space for gatherings of any size.

The perfectly planned, newly renovated, outdoor living space includes a stunning salt water infinity pool and jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor seating area, beautifully designed al fresco dining set and outdoor barbecue.

Walk through the sliding glass doors and you will find a massive chef's kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances including two French door refrigerators, two ovens, a large kitchen island with breakfast bar and granite countertops.

Follow the impressive handcrafted wood floors throughout the rest of the house and you will discover four large, elegantly decorated bedrooms. The well designed master suite comes with a separate sitting corner and private balcony to enjoy peaceful mornings while sipping on an aromatic cup of world class Costa Rican coffee. Los Suenos is a lovely community and Casa Selva is spacious, clean, beautiful and a place we'd absolutely love to enjoy again.
