Completely Newley renovated 3 Bedroom + 1 Bath home with all NEW amenities to feel at home. Sleeps 6. Billiard room with pool table and dart board and TV. Every room has queen beds with TV's. Everything in the home is NEW. Yes Everything! Theres also a railroad tracks behind the house which you will hear, trains going by hourly and daily which is pretty cool to see trains. Huge back yard with porch and fire pit, volleyball net and games. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Wheel Chair access ramp in garage. Very welcoming space, lot of room to relax and enjoy good company. All amenities were easy to use and directions and communication were seamless. James was a great host.

Came in for the Notre Dame Football game, the house was perfect, layout was great with game room. Super clean, great bedroom space and proximity to campus! Will stay here again! Great communication with owner and easy check in/out process.

Cute little house

We stayed here instead of a hotel with my son's baseball team when we were in town for a tournament, since we had the whole family (5 ppl). It was a cute little house. The game room was nice. We played just about every game in there (pool, darts, a ball toss game, foosball, etc). It gave our family room to move, compared to a 2 bed suite at hotel.

Weekend Baseball Tournament

We stayed here for two nights for a baseball tournament. The house was in a convenient and safe location, house was clean and the boys had a lot of entertainment and space to enjoy it with all of the activities/sporting equipment provided at the house. We would all recommend this home!

Clean + A Great Game Room

This property was perfectly adequate for a multi-generation trip to a football game. The property manager was excellent, responding quickly to a minor issue. Upgrades in linens would be nice, and a few more additions (shampoo, extra paper towels?) would also be helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

Made for Entertainment

We were a group of three couples coming to ND to take in a game and this house definitely met our needs. It was clean, we loved the entertainment space and the rooms were comfortable. It was exactly as advertised.

ND Football Weekend

Perfect spot for ND football Weekend or stay in South Bend. Quiet neighborhood. Home is exactly as described and shown - terrific spot. Lots to do inside and out (huge backyard with vball net and soccer net). Communication was timely and thorough - lots of great local suggestions as well. Hope to be back! Go Irish!!
