Recientemente remodelado 4BR 2BA casa diseñada con inquilinos en mente. Hotel de nueva calidad de ropa de cama, ropa de cama, muebles y comodidades en todo. ¡Video wall presenta 3 nuevos televisores HD con 151 pulgadas en total! Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. El nuevo patio en el patio trasero similar a un parque cuenta con una fogata a gas, parrilla a gas, comedor y áreas para sentarse. Un montón de espacio verde para lanzar una pelota o jugar juegos de patio. Un montón de espacio para 6 coches de la calle y un amplio aparcamiento en la calle. A solo 2-3 cuadras del campus de ND y de los bares / restaurantes / tiendas de Eddy Street. Tratamos de cubrir todas sus necesidades. Solo empaca como lo harías para una estancia en un buen hotel y ¡tenemos el resto cubierto!

This property has a great location and an excellent set up. It is designed for guests so was fully stocked with everything we needed and had a nice outdoor patio to enjoy. Owner was super responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Great place for our family

Stayed here with my family of 5 and we had more than enough room and we only used one of the many TVs and two of the board games! Excellent location to the events at the school—walking distance for a 7yr old.

Ideal family gathering spot

My family travelled to South Bend for a wedding. It was an ideal spot for grandparents, parents, children, and small grandchildren to stay. Spotless, roomy, plenty of places to sleep, nice back yard for the young ones to play tag. Cheers!

Walking to Notre Dame

This is a great property to stay at if you want to walk to campus or downtown!! We came to town for the Spartan race at Notre Dame. This was the perfect home for us. Bill was great to work with in getting it organized. Can't wait to come back again!!!

ND CFP playoff game vs IU

Five of us stayed at the property for the ND-IU CFP playoff game. The house is great. Everything seemed new / newly renovated, the house was very warm amid a very cold and snowy day, and it is a *perfect* location for an ND football game (or anything ND). We easily walked too and from the game, to and from drummer’s circle, etc. Five of five stars.

Perfect for our event at ND

A group of six of us (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed here for the National Baton Twirling Competition that was held at Notre Dame. This was a perfect house for us both in terms of location and amenities. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that the outdoor furniture could use a hose-down every once in a while. Otherwise - the inside of the house was very clean and all in perfect working order! There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available and the washer and dryer were super handy! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We’ve stayed here three times in the last several years. The home is comfortable, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Kitchen is newly updated and well equipped with everything you’d need. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Family/Living room is large with 3 TVs for gameday! Outdoor space is great to unwind at the end of a busy day. Host is always great with information and willing to assist with anything you might need! Only a 5 min, couple block walk from UND campus and Eddy Street Commons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wedding weekend stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to campus and Eddy restaurant area. It was clean, well-equipped with toiletries, kitchen items, lush towels and very comfortable beds and bedding. The layout worked nicely for our family members. We appreciated the washer/dryer but did not need to use the bunk beds in the basement with our smaller group.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Great location, just a few blocks walk from Eddy Street or Notre Dame Campus main gate. Great owner who responded to requests and questions within the hour. Showers, towels & linens were excellent, A/C worked well and the property was clean and well-equipped for our stay. Highlight of the stay (in addition to the perfect weather) was the great outdoor area with grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating.

As an involved ND alum and proud father of one alum, I found myself traveling back to campus many times during the year. I grew tired of the hotels and other rental options available in the area and decided to fulfill my dream of owning a home at ND. I helped pay for this dream by renting it out for some football games. One thing led to another and now I have several homes that are all less than a mile from the stadium. My homes are now 100% short-term rentals only and I remodeled and decorated them with that in mind. Having traveled extensively myself for many years, I strive to provide the amenities of a nice hotel with the comfort of home. I have partnered with a very professional cleaning company and linen service to thoroughly clean and sanitize between guests. I have also partnered with the Center for the Homeless and use some of the revenue from these rentals to sponsor their guests. I love sharing my homes and my love for ND and would be honored to have you as my guest!
