**Beach Service INCLUDED FREE every day from March 1 - Oct 31! This includes two chairs and an umbrella set up every morning at 7:30am and broken down around 5:30pm**

Perfect choice for your relaxing beach vacation! This condo features large beds and plenty of seating, providing any guest a beautiful open space to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf and white sandy Destin beaches.

This OCEAN FRONT condo is located on the 3rd floor at Inlet Reef Club on Holiday Isle, Destin, Florida, featuring over 1,100 ft. of private beach access.

The living area has a large pullout sofa to to accommodate extra guests. This condo can sleep up to 8 people very comfortably. There is also a TV in both bedrooms and the living room, each with their own cable boxes.

Guests will also have access to a 24/7 gym, heated pool, hot tub, hot/dry sauna, beach service, shuffle board, and kid's play area

This condo was fabulous! The view from the balcony was out of this world, and it has very quick beach access. Heated pool was amazing, and we will be back!

This place was magical. Right on the beach, with a wonderful beach crew especially Issac. The dolphins were playing in the water right in front everyday and the space was perfect for a family of 4 could have brought 2 friends for the kids as well. Definitely looking to stay here again

The condo was perfect! Fully stocked with all necessities and we had umbrella and chairs on the beach at no cost! The condo’s location was excellent, we were able to travel and visit many beaches and abundance of restaurants and within 30 minutes!

Trip for national gymnastics meet

The property aligns precisely with the advertised description. It is situated directly on the beach in a highly desirable neighborhood. The pool and sauna facilities were exceptional, and the proximity to the water and pool was greatly appreciated by the children. While there was a minor issue with the gate code, it was promptly resolved within minutes upon contacting the owner. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and rate it 10 out of 10.

Overall very satisfied. Condo was exactly as advertised. Check in was a bit chaotic as we were given the wrong address. Contacted the host and it was corrected immediately. One other mishap with the incorrect gate code but again it was corrected immediately. Overall very satisfied and we had a fantastic time.

BREATHTAKING

Absolutely gorgeous place we got to stay for a week. I couldn't of picked a better place. The unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you need to cook with and if you don't want to cook there's so many different places to choose from. I would/will rebook. If you're looking for a party place this is NOT for you. Quiet and relaxing beach vacation spot to rewind and let your care's go.WARNING reality hits hard when you have to leave .😥

Condo is superbly outfitted, extremely clean with any amenity you could ask for...no detail overlooked,,,only complaint is I wish the owner had provided a direct contact # before arrival...gate codes to resort had changed and no one in attendance---a little disconcerting upon arrival but everything worked out

It was a beautiful location! Loved the beach service (chairs and umbrella). There was a little confusion on the check in because the gatekeeper waved us in before we got our passes but outside of that it was easy. We had to check on the checkout process cause it was the first place we didn’t have a checkout list - so we just did our usual (took out trash and started the dishwasher). I personally struggled with the door key pad but everyone else never had an issue. We absolutely loved it. Was perfect for us but there is a lot of glass in the condo - and with kids it gave me anxiety. The kids behaved tho. Everyone wanted to move in - it was one of the larger spaces we have stayed at. We would definitely book here again next time we are in Destin.

Most of gate codes provided were incorrect!!! 2 reasonable people unable to shower at same time. Hot water ran out. Had large roach in master bath. Grout needs to be cleaned bathroom Should be updated. Tv very difficult to log into. Could only get few channels

Beautiful place and view

Our stay was great. The view from the balcony is perfect. The condo is decorated nicely. I would definitely stay again. The beds were comfortable. The only thing we had trouble with was the washer and drier. The host did communicate with me regarding the issues and called maintenance. We were unable to do laundry during our stay though. The kitchen was well equipped. Although more than one dish towel would have been nice. There was only one dishwashing pod to run dishwasher so we washed dishes. There were 2 fans if you are one of those ppl that sleep better with fan noise. There is a hair drier. There were no beach toys or beach towels so if you are flying in vs driving you might want to know. There was no salt and pepper but we had brought some Harry T’s seasoning and used that! Lol. This was a great location with beautiful views and a great pool. We used the grill one night as well. Best vacation!
