Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Assigned covered parking spot included. Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room.

The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen!

Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a smart TV. The second bedroom also has a smart TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

There is a full-size front loader washer and dryer in the unit.

We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

This condo was wonderful. It was extremely clean. It has a great oceanfront view overlooking the pool and fitness center. We were steps from the beach and close to the elevator as well. Our host Stacey was EXTREMELY helpful and always responded to messages. Our welcome packet was a little late to our room but Stacey gave me all the info we needed so we didn’t have to wait on the packet. We would definitely stay again. Great location also. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants wry close by.

This location is unbeatable! The condo was clean, parking made accessing the condo super easy, and the walk to the beach/pool was super convenient. Stacey was a great host and we already miss the great view from the balcony! We plan on staying here again in the future!

We could not be happier with our choice to stay here. It was our first time to Destin and our kids first time to the beach. The check in process was so easy and Stacey was great with all communication. We had a covered parking spot steps away from the elevator and the room was also located on 2nd floor right next to elevator which made traveling with 2 young children and beach essentials so easy. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures as well as the view from the balcony. Everything was very clean and we were able to find everything we needed. The kids said the bunkbeds were the most comfortable theyd ever slept on which made waking them tough each morning. The beach here was simply amazing. Kids loved the pool as well. The pool deck was always maintained and maintenance kept an eye on everyone coming and going. We were so sad to leave. If we return to Destin we will definitely try and stay here again. Very nice condo, well stocked with all the things that made you feel at home, kitchen had everything you needed, two beach towels were provided and we had a great view of the gulf and the balcony was spacious with plenty of seating to watch the waves and beach. Easy access to the beach.The assigned parking slot was ideal, it was covered and you pulled straight into it when you entered the covered parking deck and close to the elevator you used to get to the condo. It couldn’t have been better.Stacey was great to work with in getting the condo rented and got the condo instructions two weeks before we stayed which helped make the stay more enjoyable The only issue and it didn’t have anything to do with the condo or the host was if you wanted two beach chairs and umbrella, you had to rent them daily and the cost per day was high, 65 a day if I remember right. We were used to having a beach set up (2 chairs and umbrella) included in the rental.There were two chairs in the unit that we took to the beach each day which worked but Sterling Sands wouldn’t allow you to take your own umbrella.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. The property itself is well maintained, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. We also appreciated the regular staff presence around the grounds—it made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

We have 2 children and have been making trips to Destin for 17 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
