About this property

BEACH FRONT!!!

Beautiful Sterling Sands unit 713 that is direct gulf front. Two bed, two bath that sleeps 6 and master on the gulf. This unit also comes with a covered, assigned parking spot 50’ from the elevators! No hot car or fighting for a good spot in the parking lot with this unit. We also have a full size washer and dryer located in the unit. No coins needed!!

Newly remodeled and ready for a great family vacation. Master bedroom has a king bed and floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the large balcony with direct gulf views!! The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunks. Family friendly complex in the heart of Destin, across the street from the Track and Big Kahuna’s and walking distance to several restaurants, including the original Back Porch!

Sterling Sands has all the favorite amenities including huge pool, hot tub, gas grills, fitness center and of course the beautiful beaches of Destin!

EFFECTIVE MARCH 1st 2022 GUEST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING PERSONAL UNBRELLAS ON THE BEACH. UMBRELLS CAN BE RENTED FROM THE BEACH SERVICE PROVIDER LOCATED ON THE PROPERY.

Great condo in a great location

Had a wonderful week in Destin and this was a great location for exploring the area. If you plan to cook meals there are not a lot of cooking supplies but enough to get by.

Tim was great with communication. He provided a detailed email as well as called me the day before check-in and instructions were clear for the parking and HOA office. Any questions I had, he addressed within 2-5 minutes (usually less). The condo had everything we needed including a great beach front view. The glass balcony railing was wonderful to see the ocean. Family get away.

This is a great family friendly location; it is just a walk down the beach from our favorite restaurant and it is also close to shopping. The beach is beautiful and there was a crowd, but not too crowded. It is also a bit away from the heavy traffic of the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Our condo has recently gone thru a renovation, including new furniture, paint and decor. Centrally located in the heart of Destin Sterling Sands is a smaller, family orientated complex walking distance to all the favorite family restaurants and attractions. Our unit also has a covered, assigned parking spot just feet from the elevator. 24hr security with private, gated beach access.
