Stayed at this apartment for the long weekend. Very pleased with the resort grounds and how clean everything was. Certainly an ideal and comfortable place to stay for 2 while touring the area and visiting the Hot Springs or golfing. The bed was very comfortable, the whole apartment was clean with all items available to use. Nice deck and BBQ. The only thing to recommend would be to use some paint on the bathroom ceiling.Great comms with owner while booking. Would stay here again.

I planned an anniversary trip for my husband and I and we had an amazing 3 night stay. The host/hostess (with the mostess ;) was great. They were very quick at responding to messages , great communication and also very kind and respectful. The evening we arrived the shower head wasn’t working properly and in the morning when I messaged them they had someone fix it before we arrived back at the room in the afternoon. It is an absolutely beautiful area and the room was very cozy. I would definitely recommend this space! We also went had 2 amazing dinners out one was Fiorenza’s Italian Restaurant in Fairmont. I would recommend booking a reservation. The other was Helna’s Stube in Radium Hot Springs. Both had amazing food and wonderful staff.

The place was very clean. The appliances and utensils were great. They even had salt/pepper and condiments in the fridge. There was no counter space because a big toaster oven takes up all the counter space. The linens and towels were nice. The BBQ was very powerful and hot. The fans in both living space and bedroom are great to cool you down. The communication between host and us was excellent. Check in and out was seamless.

Quiet and cozy apartment unit and area, comfy king bed with impeccable linens also welcoming host, 10 minutes drive to the hot springs and 5 minutes drive to strip mall (groceries, restaurants, coffee shop) on the way to the hot springs, 30 minutes drive to Invermere (closest town), 40 minutes drive to Panorama ski resort and 15 minute drive to Columbia Lake Provincial Park (gravel road with tons of potholes unfortunately but beautiful landscape and 10s of kilometres of hiking trails), 10 minutes drive on paved roads to gorgeous views at the top of The Hoodoos hiking trail. February is great for evening hot springs, daily hiking and sometimes for skiing also.

Fairmont cozy corner

This cute condo was very fresh, clean and comfortable! Its close to the hot pools, the ski hill, and has excellent walking trails from the entrance door! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!!

Great place for your Fairmont adventure!

A very nice apartment, as described, very homey and clean. Hosts were very responsive answering my questions and the check-in process was super easy! We enjoyed cooking and resting after long hikes; our two pups felt really comfortable there! Thank you!

The bedding was clean, and the kitchen was also clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was a serious concern and significantly affected our stay.There was a major leak from the bathroom ceiling, with water literally pouring through the ceiling/wall joint and through the light fixtures. In my opinion, having water coming through electrical fixtures is a serious safety and potential fire hazard.I have completed hundreds of basement renovations involving water damage and spent approximately 25 years building homes with my dad, so I am very familiar with what water-damaged drywall looks like. The ceiling drywall was extremely saturated. It appeared that additional screws had been installed because the existing fasteners had pulled/broken through the wet drywall. The drywall tape was also hanging down while water was coming through the ceiling.Because we didn't know when the leak might happen again, we had to pack up and remove our belongings from the bathroom after every use to make sure nothing was damaged.This property needs significant repairs, and I was particularly concerned that there appeared to have been previous repairs in the same area. Water intrusion of this extent should be properly investigated and repaired, not simply patched over.The owner offered a 50 refund, which I found very insulting considering the severity of the issue and the disruption to our stay. More importantly, the amount of water coming through the ceiling and

Great little place

We came down to see friends and golf the view was a little disappointing however everything was great inside. The ac needs to be fixed it hums alot. But all in all a wonderful little condo.

Awesome Place

I came down to spend time with my family and needed a place that allowed dogs. This cozy spot was perfect for my dog and I—it was quiet, had everything we needed to prepare meals, the AC worked wonderfully, and the neighbors were super friendly during our walks. While the place had everything I needed, it was spotless/tidy but had some cosmetic damage. The host was very responsive to my questions (very much appreciated!), and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. My dog and I felt really comfortable here and would love to return for winter activities.

10 Days in September

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Fairmont Hot Springs is well-located in the valley, putting a number of destinations in reach - including Invermere and idyllic locales like Premier Lake. The place is small but cozy. We were a little concerned about lack of an oven but the counter-top convection oven filled the need. The BBQ and patio were very nice and fans/AC kept things comfortable. The building is showing its age a bit but we found our hosts/property managers to be highly responsive and address any questions or concerns with no delay. We had a positive experience and would likely stay again.

This place was rated so highly for its cleanliness but we found quite the opposite. The kitchen had several filthy items; A bread board, a plate in the kitchen cupboard with some food still on it, place mats, dish cloths, dish rack, stove top, air fryer, counters, kitchen floor, BBQ, one pillow case. All require a deep, thorough cleaning.We found a fair amount of mould on the shower liner. That didn’t happen overnight. It took the Host 4 days to replace it to our satisfaction. The shower wall grout is also growing mould. There was some kind of pink powder in the bathroom drawer.There were limited kitchen items and the ones there were cheap quality.There was a toilet fitting that needed replacing. It took two days before we got if fixed. The condo was advertised as having 2 Bedrooms. There is only one.With all the problems that were encountered, from dirty conditions to slow service from the host, we won’t ever rent from Aisling Baile again.
