Rental is spacious, well-outfitted and comfortable. Julie was easy to communicate with and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The pumpkin muffins and croisants provided for our breakfast were delicious and greatly appreciated. All-in-all and excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Willamette Valley.

This property was extremely clean and pleasant and the hosts were great. It was in a very nice neighborhood and felt safe to come and go, early and late evening, The bedding and linens were high quality. Although we did not actually cook in the kitchen, we noted that it was extremely well stocked with enough of eveything to cook/serve a substantial meal. The continental breakfast items were very generous. Parking was very close to the entrance which was nice for us. We will stay again if we return to the area.

The apartment was clean and even though a basement apartment there was a lot of light. The host had left cinnamon rolls, eggs, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. The apartment was centrally located for visiting wineries and there are several tasting rooms within walking distance. We would stay again!

The property was cute, clean, and had all the amenities advertised. The host was friendly and had we had no issues. While it was walkable to downtown Dundee it was a bit further than we initially thought. But we had some nice walks around the beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect spot for our time in Willamette Valley. Cute town with a few restaurants. Really appreciated the breakfast provided it was so convenient and delicious! Despite being on lower floor below the main house we had no issues with noise, just some movement but overall quiet. Great value staying here!

Nice little place

Cute and clean place to stay. Recommend if you just need a place to crash when you’re in the area doing activities during the day. Good communication with host. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous place…such a gem! And the breakfast was amazing. Fresh blueberries and muffins were extra special touch. It was a perfect retreat for a quick stay in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Willamette Valley! Thank you for sharing your home!

Spacious, well-equipped, great location for wineries

The unit was very spacious for the three of us (adult son, parents) and the location to visit wineries is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped (for example, in contrast to many other places where we have stayed you can actually cut something with the knives). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dundee.

Very clean and quiet B&B. We enjoyed the stocked mini fridge and provided fruit, muffins, coffee and various other items. Julie was responsive to a direct message on the app, even though the check in notes listed a phone number and said that would be more effective; I never heard back on that text thread. We door dashed food and got caught up on a show we like. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would choose this location again.

Great experience except that VRBO collected a security deposit of $1500 up front. That seems ridiculous. I don’t mind having a card on hold but to actually collect that much of a deposit for potential damage on top of the cost of the stay is an over reach

It was a very cute basement apartment in a perfect location. Owner lived upstairs. Parking was on a steep driveway. Some spoiled food was left (jam in fridge, moldy orange). Be aware … we stayed one night at a reasonable rate, and 1500 was charged to our credit card as a security deposit. This was not a “pending charge”. It actually went through on the card. It WAS refunded in a few days, but it went through as an actual charge. This was a surprise to us.

I rented a few properties in Dundee to house family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter (age 25) and her 3 bridesmaids stayed at this property. This is the downstairs of someone’s home with multiple doors inside the property that go to the other areas of the home. This made my daughter uncomfortable. The breakfast was placed in the mini fridge/kitchenette (fruit, eggs, pastries) not freshly made or prepared. The dog on this property barks incessantly and barks every time you enter the property. The owner of the property messaged me numerous times asking things. We ended up checking out early because she messaged me at 1130 saying the girls were loud and the owner wanted to go to sleep. I checked on them and they were all asleep. The noise was my daughter taking a shower. I asked the owner to clarify if showering was not allowed during quiet hours and she confirmed. I would not stay at a place that limited my showering times. Two additional girls stayed over because they were too tired to drive to their place and I was charged 40. They stayed one night. The home was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced.

This was a nice, clean property. The host had more food for the continental breakfast than we could eat. While this property is not close to any downtown or food areas, it served as a nice base from which to take off and go wine tasting every day. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you!
