  • Cleaniest Codo Ever Rented

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay in Margaritaville. Great beachfront location in wonderfully clean condo. Just about everything we needed to get our stay started was there. It was as if we already lived there. Basic food, cleaning and play items were available from start. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again and would recommend to all. If I were the owner I would keep the firm who cleans the condo!!"

  • Perfect beach getaway!

"This cottage was absolutely perfect for our little beach getaway. It was very helpful to have access to baby stuff; a high chair, pack-n-play, toys, etc. It was so nice to not have to pack all that stuff! We had a super yummy breakfast at the Offshore Grill which was located right across the street. Many places had weird off season hours (were only open on weekends) so we did have to head over to neighboring towns for food at times, but that didn't bother us. Super cute, nice and clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach."

  • Lovely place - home away from home

"Well, this place was pretty amazing! It was elegantly decorated, FANTASTIC bathrooms and comfortable beds. Very clean - gorgeous view. SHORT walk to the beach. We brought our little dog and having the doggy bags right at beach entrance was really convenient. Covered parking was nice. Some things to consider: If you are bringing small children who like to explore, the front door opens from the inside... no way to lock it - so be aware of that. I have put in a suggestion that a dead-bolt be added. There is a unit above and you can hear their steps and flushing etc. The master bedroom is very near the road and being a country girl the sound and lights of the cars kept me awake. If you are planning to cook a lot (we didn't eat out once) some things you might want to bring include - sharp non-serrated knives, saran wrap and/or foil, small containers for leftovers and if you want to boil/cook anything in a pot that is larger than 2 quarts but smaller than 6 quarts you might need to bring a pot ;) Possibly extra blankets if you are a cold sleeper. Also if you are bringing a dog, be prepared to take them down the 3 flights of stairs every time they need to go out. Be aware that the front door sounds like it latches but might not be latched so test it... lest you want to leave your door open while you explore the outdoors. Overall LOVED our stay. I honestly wish we could have stayed 2 weeks!"

"The view was beautiful and this house is very open and spacious. I think it was pretty good overall to accommodate the amount of people we had. Only flaws we noticed were black mildew in the first floor bathroom shower and the bathroom sink on second floor was clogged. We also encountered small tiny bugs (not sure what kind) in the first floor bathroom around the sink and tub area."
