Located just across the street from the main village on one side and the Sun Peaks Sports Center on the other, this prime location offers the ultimate convenience for all your adventures.

The condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofabed in the living room, making it ideal for a small family, a romantic couple's getaway, or even a solo traveler.
The luxurious bathroom includes a steam shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of excitement and treating yourself to a spa-like experience.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
