Make our second home your second home. We have equipped this Villa with everything you will need for an amazing vacation. Just bring yourselves and your clothes, we have the rest.
The Villa boasts a fully stocked kitchen with tableware for 24. Also Includes Keurig coffee maker, traditional drip coffee maker, air fryer, frozen pizza oven, griddle, toaster and much more. The open concept kitchen and family room provides ample space for large family gatherings. The kitchen table comfortably seats 10. Enjoy family meals, play games or host a poker game with the provided poker chips. You can choose to relax and unwind on the screened in Patio facing a serene view of pond and the 6th hole of the golf course. Enjoy the coastal breeze and relax while watching native wildlife. Living room has a 65” flat screen smart TV. Enjoy streaming with high speed WiFi. Lower level garage area includes ping pong table and electronic dart board. Rear garage door opens to lower level patio area with grill, swing and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a game of cornhole on the grassy lawn with the provided boards and bags. Lower level also includes an upright freezer to hold ice. We have started you with several bags of ice and ask that you just pay it forward replenishing bags of ice for future renters.
Each bedroom has ceiling fans and smart TV’s. The first level bedroom has a full size bunk bed with single bed on top. It also has a single size trundle mattress. There is a multi game arcade console, a bar top video game and keyboard. There is a full bathroom with shower in the hall. The upstairs bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. All bathrooms will start the week with a bar of soap, shampoo, body wash and a roll of toilet paper. All bedrooms have new bedding and pillows. Second floor also has full size front load washer and dryer.

Located .8 miles from Lost Key’s private Beach Club where you can enjoy the pristine blue waters and sugary white sand of the Gulf. The Beach Club is a 5,000 square foot open air complex available exclusively to Lost Key residents and guests offering private beach access and a swimming pool. Beach service for chairs and umbrella is available for a fee (seasonal). Our Villa provides beach towels, 8 beach chairs, a 12x12 beach tent, coolers, beach wagon and various beach toys for use. There is a seasonal restaurant at the club with food and beverages for purchase. Limited parking on the beach. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key Resort on a seasonal basis.
A short walk to the end of the street from the Villa you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state of the art Fitness Center and Tennis courts. Tennis racquets available in lower level of villa. The pool includes zero depth splash area for toddlers. Explore the resort using one of the bikes. Enjoy a walk or bike around the 5 miles trail throughout the resort. 7 Bicycles, helmet and tire pump available in lower level of Villa
