    Date was changed last minute

    Our reservation was changed last minute pushed back by one day which caused us to have to schedule something else as we were meeting friends. We were driving from Toronto to Orlando and this last minute changed caused major grief for two families. When we arrived vacation village wasn't even booked up.

    I had being in the hospital with Diverticulitis. That caused those personal troubles I explained to you. This is not my way of being. I am always very responsible. My clients are first always. The misunderstanding and the change at last minute cause me great sadness, but was off of my hands. Certainly my property is very clean and its amenities are as advertised. I apologize once again. But you didn't mentioned that I gifted you with a day un other resort!, true to my word. Still, I reasonably accommodated you and you were able to have your vacation. And above all, you know that I was in constant communication with you, solving everything so you can enjoy your vacation.

    Property was great, owner was not

    Property was great, had a wonderful time. Pools were awesome and we had fun in the arcade room, sauna, and fitness center. Room could have been cleaner, floors were dirty and turned our feet black. Originally had planned to stay at a different resort, but due to unforeseen circumstances our owner changed resorts on us last minute (2 days before) - which could have been avoided. She promised us a certain room type and we were put in a smaller option without the amenities we had been told we were getting. Communication with the property owner was not great, due to a language barrier and slow responses. The situation with the owner has made me weary to ever book with VRBO again.

But you didn't mentioned that I refunded a considerable amount of your payment, true to my word. Still, I reasonably accommodated you and you were able to have your vacation at time. And above all, you know that I was in constant communication with you, solving everything so you can enjoy your vacation.
