The beautiful Bay View Grand Marina offers a luxurious beach resort experience where the majestic mountains of the Sierra Madre del Sur meet the sandy shores of the Mexican Riviera. Enjoy Ixtapa's mild year round temperature, its safe and friendly small town atmosphere, and an abundance of locally owned restaurants that offer a variety of great tasting food.
This luxury gated resort features gorgeous grounds, a state of the art infinity pool, a childrens' pool, and a hot tub all overlooking the beach. There is a poolside restaurant, entertainment room with pool table and card tables, business center, a day care, tennis court, and a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. Bay View Grand Marina offers 24/7 security at the gated entrance and beach entrance.
The spacious 1700 square foot 4th floor condominium is tastefully appointed and is fully furnished for your comfort. Enjoy sleeping on pillow top mattresses that have been adorned with luxurious linens. Relax on the 270 square foot veranda, where you will enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific ocean and El Palmar beach while relishing the warm fresh air.
We have a local property manager, Best Properties, that will meet you at the property to check you in, make you feel comfortable, and show you around. They are available for emergency help and any questions you may have.

A binder in the condo provides local information including restaurants and activities for your convenience. A 5 minute walk will take you to Ixtapa Marina which features several restaurants overlooking the picturesque harbor and yachts. There are two golf courses in Ixtapa. The Marina Ixtapa golf course is located across the street and the Palma Real golf course is located 2 miles away. Ixtapa also offers many guided adventure tours including: ATV, biking, kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, sailing, and scuba diving. There is an educational ecological park and a bird watching tour. Swimming with dolphins is a very short walk away and there are bicycle paths, sport fishing, an aquatic park, and much more! The town of Zihuatanejo is just a 15 minute taxi ride away, which is more of a traditional fishing town. There you will find many unique shops, beaches, and a large Mexican market. Taxis and local buses can be caught right in front of the Bay View Grand Marina.

4 days in Paradise
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo that directly overlooks the condo grounds, the beach and Pacific Ocean. Everything is at your fingertips to ensure a great time. The deck is awesome for dining and having cocktails as you overlook the tropical paradise. You are lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the waves. The beach is pristine, and perfect for taking long walks. The owners are great to work with and want to make sure you have a wonderful time. We can't wait to go back! Loved every minute of our stay.

Family Memories
We stayed at this condo through Christmas and New Years 2016 and built family memories that will last a lifetime. The condo and complex met all our needs - this included my wife and I and our four young adult kids. The condo is spacious and well equipped to make our stay stress free. The BBQ is a great addition and was used on many occasions. The location of the condo was perfect for walks along the beach or trips into Ixtapa or Zihua. This was our first time going through VRBO and working with Bev and Bill made if easy. Overall the trip was 5 stars and we are looking forward to returning to Ixtapa/Zihua. I would definitely recommend GVB Marina and S404.
Perfect Holiday
We stayed here November 2015 and had an amazing time! This condo has the best of both worlds, a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals and a restaurant onsite when you just don't feel like cooking! This condo unit/building and it's amenities work really well for families or travelers who need a break from the buffets of the all inclusives.
We used the BBQ almost everyday to cook dinner and ate outside enjoying the sunset. The rooms and bathrooms in the condo were large and modern. There was a large blanket/pillow/towel selection so everyone was happy.
We really enjoyed out stay in the condo and at MVG marina and would highly recommend it!!
A CALMING OAISIS
My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of making this lovely condo our home for two months. We never tired of the stunning views out of every single window, sea vistas in the front and gorgeous shaded mountains in the back. Everything one could possibly need for living a cozy and comfortable life was provided and the space was open and airy. My husband took advantage of the beach and pool and used the gym every single day. We ate all our meals, except breakfast , out and enjoyed the many wonderful choices in both Ixtapa and Zihua. We had most lunches at the BVG restaurant and found the menu perfect and the wait staff terrific. It will be very difficult for us to return to reality and face the sub-zero temps waiting for us in New York.!!! We are grateful to the kind owers for this opportunity and found them charming and so easy to work with. Mucho Gracias!!

This was our 2nd year staying at the BVG.
We stayed at this property for 28 days!
Bev& Bill were prompt in their replies to booking, questions, info about their property.
The condo was fully equipped to our satisfaction. We did a lot of cooking, loved the gas stove, the bbq an added bonus. The separate laundry room also was enjoyable as it kept the noise, moisture to its separate area.
The spacious well decorated condo gave us all the comforts of home but still gave us the luxury of a beautiful vacation.

M husband and I went to Ixtapa for the first time. We wanted to fine a nice, quiet, restful place. Bay View Grand Marina was beyond our greatest expectations. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the view, which was magnificent, we worked out everyday while looking out over the ocean and had breakfast each day on the balcony. We hopped on the bus for 6 pesos each night and headed downtown to many fabulous dinners. The town is quaint and enjoyable. We have been home for awhile now and we still talk about how wonderful our vacation was. We diffidently will return to paradise..by the way..grab a nice bottle of wine and watch the sunsets on the beach..breath taking :)
