Built in 2021, this modern cabin has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Open space kitchen for entertaining, granite countertops throughout, hardwood flooring, LVP and diamond treated entryway flooring. Two full bathrooms, large high end washer and dryer. Garage game room, leather sofa Queen Sleeper, projector and bar with microwave, wine fridge and granite countertops. Three living room couch sets and plenty of space to move around. Bonus loft is a perfect place to relax. A Japanese cal king floor mattress in loft offers additional sleeping location, along with a Full bed.

Deck opens to spectacular panoramic view of lake and mountain.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all personal items from showers, closets, fridge and freezer. Unopened canned or bozed goods and spices can be left in cabinets.
Please remove trash from all bins and dump at the dumpster at the botrom of the hill.
Please turn off garage heater completely in the summer and leave at 55 in the winter. Leave the nest on and it will reset to eco. Thanks for your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
4 x 4 vehicle or AWD maybe required. This is a mountain home and may have snow. Remove shoes upon entry. Exercise caution when opening windows
Follow posted rules. Wash dishes and put away prior to ending your stay. Remove all trash to large dumpsters at the bottom of the hill. Turn off bbq.
Leave thermostat no lower than 55 on garage heater and nest thermostat Turn off all lights when vacating and lock doors. No fires allowed on property

Great Location and Beautiful Views!

11 minute drive to restaurants at Bear Lake and marina. Just a 21 minute drive to the North Shore beach in Idaho. Peaceful, quiet location with beautiful views of Bear Lake. We had two SUVs with trailers (ATV and boat) and there was plenty of room to park. Easy check in and the host was very helpful and prompt to help with needs. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again!

Fabulous Ski Weekend

The house is gorgeous and the views are amazing! The only thing we’d improve, the basement bedroom was pretty chilly. Next time we come to ski, we’ll definitely see if it’s available!

The house it's self is great. Finding in the dark... Not great. We didn't any info before hand. I had to message the owner for the code to get in the house and also for directions. She had to help us find it at 9 at night.the photos make it look like it's on the water but it isn't remotely by the water, it does have a beautiful view.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

You can’t beat the view of this cabin! Great location with plenty of privacy overlooking Bear Lake. The place is very well furnished and stocked with amenities. I was able to find most of what I needed available in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable with great quality linens. There are ceiling fans in most every room which kept the air cool and fresh. Plenty of towels available, we did multiple loads of laundry so there were no wet towels hanging around, which was nice. My only downside notes are that there could be a little more storage in the kitchen, maybe clear out a cabinet of gadgets to store dry goods, and my guests who arrived first said it was a tad dirty when they arrived, maybe the floors needed a good sweep, I’m not sure. There is also a wasp nest on the back deck that needs addressing. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for your excellent hospitality!
