The property was very relaxing which is what we were looking for. The only issue I had was the pigeons usi by the backyard as their bathroom. Otherwise a very nice stay.

The place was great. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and very quiet. Close to good restaurants and palm springs downtown

The place was fantastic! My children loved the house and all it's fun activities in the backyard and game room! Th host was very responsive and attentive to our needs as a family. We would definitely come back!

Very beautiful house. Very clean. Really nice pool, comfortable beds and fun things to do! The only big downside was lack of any shade whatsoever outside. Our one friend who didn’t want to swim couldn’t hang outside with us. Too hot for no shade out there. But otherwise really great property and experience!

Wonderful stay!

The home met our expectations entirely. It's lovely, comfortable and offers a lof of variety.There's something for everyone - we had so much fun enjoying the pool, spa and outdoor living. We wanted sun and got it! Short drive to Joshua Tree National Park - just a stunning landscape. A great family vacation.

The property is exactly as pictured, and very clean. The pools and chess were a lot of fun, although the heat mostly kept us indoors.

We had a great stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the backyard was absolutely spectacular, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of items for cooking. The home was especially great for families and worked well for our group. The only downside was an activation fee required to use the pool and hot tub. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker, I do wish there had been more transparency about this fee in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Worked well for multigenerational family holiday

Just what we were looking for- well equipped home, spotlessly clean and lots to do at property- pool, hot tub, outdoor chess, etc. Did not initially have baby equipment- property manager very responsive and got it to us right away. Little to do in area but everything within 25 minutes drive. We had a great holiday

This rental property was exactly as described. It smelled so fresh and clean upon walk in and it truly was. The kitchen is equipped with the major things you need. But the backyard was the main prize. Thank you Anna and team!

Spring Break

The property was beautiful! It was very clean and had all the necessary supplies. The outside was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It wasn’t too far from Palm Springs, it was about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. The beds were super comfortable. I slept like a rock all three nights while we were there.

Perfect Oasis!

We stay at a lot of VRBOs- this one is definitely one of the best! Gorgeous view of the mountains. Kids loved the backyard and game room so much they didn’t really need to go anywhere. Usually when you click dog friendly - rules out the nicer houses - not this time! Friendly and responsive customer service. So much more house and bang for our buck than staying in Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Highly recommend South of the Border in Hot Springs - great food friendly service. Highly recommend The Living Desert - only 30 min drive.

Desert Hot Springs

This was a fabulous house centrally located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park. House was very clean, backyard was filled with fun. Responsive and accommodating host who let us drop luggage early even though we ultimately did not need to do so. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Bit of a drive from Palm Springs for shopping and dining, but in part due to two road closures that would have had more direct access from home to Palm Springs. We had to drive way out of our way to get back and forth, but probably not the norm. Would have liked a few more items in the kitchen (foil, plastic wrap), but I am sure homeowner will build that up. We were not there long enough to matter anyway. If you plan to stay longer and cook a lot, just ask. My only complaint was very high cleaning fee.
