Minutes from ECU

We stayed here for Family Weekend at ECU! Easy out and back to the campus. We even took an Uber to and from to not deal with parking and each time it was inexpensive and quick response. So location is great. Property was very clean and comfortable.

FABULOUS

We had an amazing experience! In for a wedding the host was MOST accommodating. The place was absolutely spotless, quiet, with a beautiful view from the porch and equipped with anything we needed. The pool was definitely an added bonus. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I came to celebrated his birthday. The area is very quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. Our Host Mrs. Mary was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Even came by and dropped off the pool access card for our pleasure. The environment was clean and beautifully decorated. It was just like home away from home. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to extend our stay. Which was very easy to do. We WILL be patronizing their location again.

Exploring NC

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property manager neglected to tell us about needing a parking permit tag and my car was being towed. We had to give the tow truck driver money to leave my car. There was a pool listed in the amenities but there was no pool pass so we could not access the pool. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed our time.

Nutcracker visit

We were visiting Greenville to attend the Nutcracker Ballet with our family. The condo location was very quiet in a newly developed area. Close access to Greenville's main roads. Harris Teeter, Food Lion and restaurants nearby. Mary is one of the most gracious and welcoming hosts we have met over many years of using VRBO. The condo is well stocked--Mary provides some snacks, coffee and bottled water. TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. We really like the type of door lock used--no worries about locking ourselves out. We enjoyed staying in this condo and will definitely reserve again.

Okay

The location is good close to mall. The apartment was decorated nicely. The floors were a little dirty. The toilet in the master bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned had urine under seat and toilet . I also had to wash the towels we used but I still get charged for cleaning shouldn’t that be apart of the cleaning charge?.Master shower had hair and some mildew so I had to clean it. Patio was infested with wasp so I couldn’t take advantage of that very sad about that part. The bed was comfortable but also had long straight hair on the bed spread. You also have to remove your shoes every time you come in which is difficult when you have a bad knee and there isn’t a chair or stool for this action. Unfortunately I won’t be booking this one again. ‼️

Needed a place to stay in Pirate Country

My son plays football for ECU. And I wanted to come visit him for a few days before Fall Camp starts. The condo was perfect. Very clean and quiet. Has everything you could think of. We went to the pool once and it was nice. My bed in the master was super comfy. Mary was great anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is I wish the master bedroom had a tv. I usually fall asleep to the tv but again, I would rent this condo again. Loved that it had a elevator and safe parking.

Comfy and clean

We were in Greenville to visit kids, and wanted to be able to have breakfast in, and stretch out while watching tv. Everything about the condo was thoughtful and clean. The kitchen pans/utensils could use some updating, but we’re adequate. We will stay in a VRBO owned/operated by Mary again!

All good except

Beautiful condo, very clean, and spacious. My only issue was that in order to have any visitors inside of condo, such as my son who we had moved there, not having him stay in the condo but visit would be $20 per person. This left me having to do a lot of driving back and forth.

This is a very nice, save, quiet, and very comfortable condo that provides privacy. It has private balcony and Community Pool. The condo is on the 3rd (top) floor with elevator access. Inside, the rooms are beautifully decorated with regal decor, comfortable beds, and high quality linens.
