The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. please load the dishwasher and take out the trash, the dumpsters are located at the front of the house to the left if facing the house.
Don't forget to take a last walk throughout the house to check for any forgotten belongings. We do not mail any forgotten items but we do hold them for 2 months for pickup
Please send us a message when you leave so we know to activate the alarm system.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is a maximum of 14 people allowed to stay overnight, any visitors above 14 Ppl max at any given time, must have prior approval from the host.
They are absolutely NO PARTIES or any events of any kind allowed, This is NOT a Party House. Outdoor quiet hrs are 10pm- 8am there will no tolerance

Good location for our family group. Will definitely rent again if we need all that space. Guest rooms and bathroom were well stocked and spacious for our group of 14. Kitchen was well equipped for fixing meals.

Great house for a group! Layout is wonderful, loved all the bathrooms. Perfect house for a girls weekend. Location easy to get to, close to everything. Owner was very nice to work with. Will be booking here again for sure!

Great house as described in a great neighborhood, close to the strip and the convention center at Mandalay Bay where we were working. It was 6 guys working, wish we could have taken advantage of the backyard. Place is great.
