Yet retains its whimsy with angular lines, vaulted ceilings, original fireplace, carved trusses, and railings. Situated minutes away from Warner Brothers, Burbank Studios, Disney Studios, and Universal. An ideal location for a short term assignment for an entertainment professional or extended vacation for a small family.

Access to numerous neighborhood necessities, Whole Foods, Starbucks and the tony Toluca Lake neighborhood, provides many options for dining and entertainment.
