Welcome to our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Bonita Beach with gorgeous water views from the living area and master bedroom. The condo features a private, screened lanai perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, dolphin and manatee sightings.
Private access to the beach is right across the street for beautiful Bonita beach right on the Gulf of Mexico. Morning beach walks, lazy beach days, and gorgeous sunsets are waiting for you. There is also the large heated pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard that are all just steps away from this lower level condo with elevator. Boat and Jet ski rentals are close by for fun days on the water and dining/shopping are nearby as well.
The inside of the condo features an open floor plan with a spacious, well appointed living and dining area with great views and lots of natural light. The fully furnished kitchen is open to the living area, has granite tops, great counter space with bar stools, full size appliances, and plenty of utensils for cooking.
The master bedroom has plenty of closet space, king size bed, great views, Hunter Douglas window treatments (late (9/22 installation), access to the screened balcony, ceiling fan, a double sink in the bathroom and glass enclosed shower.
The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, access to the screened balcony, ceiling fan, and glass shower.
There's also a full size laundry room in the condo. This is set up nicely for an extended stay in paradise. We love this place and think you will too!

Winter Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbor Bay! Renee’s communication was detailed and she was very responsive to our needs. Her condominium is well furnished and lives like a home, the property amenities have been recently refurbished and the pickleball community is very welcoming.

Great Condo

This condo is in a great location on the waterway, where from the screened in lanai you can watch the pelicans and other ocean birds dive bomb the water for fish, or maybe catch a porpoise swimming by. Walk just across the street to get to the beach for a long walk, collecting shells, swimming in the gulf, or catching some rays. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Stay here with confidence that you will have a great time.
