Named after the 270o degrees of panoramic view it offers, 270 Oia's View House IV, features a private swimming pool and hot tub. It is a natural window towards the cliffs of Oia or the caldera of Thirasia, the Aegean islands and the mesmerizing Sunset. Dominated by the element of the water reflecting the mediterranean sun, it combines the values of space and privacy: the heart and soul of a travelling experience.

The split level villa can accommodate up to 6 persons and it features a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and an open sleeping area are just a few steps from the livingroom. From there, a staircase is leading up to the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and a third smaller bathroom. Both levels have immediate access to the outdoor space.

House IV is part of the 270 Oia’s View complex, located just 700m from the main pedestrian street of Oia and with a number of quality restaurants nearby. The guest can enjoy privacy away from the crowds but also visit the village within a few minutes. The famous hiking trail that connects Oia with Fira is also adjacent to the property providing the unique experience of walking along the edge of the caldera cliff while enjoying the amazing views.
Although Oia is a protected village where vehicles are not allowed to cross, our location offers the rare advantage of car accessibility and free parking space for our guests. In addition, the nearest bus stop is in 50m in case someone wishes to use public transportation.
