Welcome to your new happy place. Just steps from the bay and minutes from Bethany Beach, the home has everything you need to unwind and relax. Community has amazing amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, game room, hot tub, kayak launch, and fitness center. This retreat is the perfect getaway for adults (close to beaches, great restaurants, and shopping), children (high chair, Pack 'n Play, board games), and your furry little friends (dog-friendly beaches and trails). Perfect for families small and large!

This home has something for everyone -- whether you are looking for sun and adventure or looking for serenity right off the bay. The home has been updated with brand new beds in every bedroom and four smart TVs.

There are two primary bedrooms on separate floors with their own private bathrooms -- perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, Keurig and drip coffee options, a blender, and all the kitchen essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal or your favorite drink. The home has high-speed WiFi - great for streaming or working from home.

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs during your stay. If you choose to bring a dog (or two), please let us know at time of reservation. There is a $100 fee for guests who bring dogs.

The community has amazing amenities that available for an additional fee. These amenities include a large clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, grills, kayak launch, game room, fitness center, and hot tub. The outdoor pool is generally open between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. The fee schedule is as follows:

Summer Season (May 15th to Sept 30th)
Summer rentals per weekly lease
4 days or less: $150
Per week: $300

Off Season (October 1st to May 14th)
4 days or less: $75
Per week: $150

A $50 fee will charged to the guest if the amenities keyfob is lost/not returned.

Fantastic Stay in Bethany Beach – A Home Away from Home!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—well-equipped with all the conveniences and amenities we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!

Ocean View Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, as advertised in the listing and spacious. The area was great - a short drive to the beach, some restaurants within walking distance and close to the grocery store. The neighborhood was very nice and the clubhouse area with the pool, game room, and pickleball courts were great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home away from home from a thoughtful host!!!

Per my husband, kids and parents - it was perfect. The location was super convenient for both supply restocking and the Bethany boardwalk. Great floor plan for the grandparents with a lower level master suite! East and west facing windows with wonderful natural light. And last but not least, the coordinated decor is the perfect airy beachy vibe. We look forward to visiting again!!

Wonderful property, close to everything!

Despite it raining the *entire* time we were vacationing, we had a wonderful stay - which tells you everything you need to know about the property, and Jeff, the owner. Communication from start to finish was exceedingly prompt, helpful, and caring. The property was one of the cleanest and most thoughtfully stocked we’ve visited, plenty of space for everyone, super comfortable beds, and convenient touches like bedside charge stations! Having access to the attached garage was especially helpful given all the rain, and the Level 2 charging outlet was a *fantastic* and unexpected bonus as we brought our EV. Location is 5-10 minutes from just about everything you could hope for, and only a few minutes walk to the community clubhouse, with an indoor pool that saved the (rainy) day. Jeff went above and beyond ensuring our stay was comfortable and convenient. We’ll be back for sure!

Great family time in Bethany Beach

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Bethany Beach. Jeff the property manager was extremely helpful and very prompt with his responses to my questions. The home was clean and quite lovely. There was plenty of space for all of us. The community center was very nice to visit too with a great pool and workout room. It’s just a short ride to Bethany beach. I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing Getaway

First, the host is amazing! Wonderful communication answering all of ourquestions, It was such a pleasure to work with them! The property is super clean, tons of room for everyone, they literally have everything there you need which is huge for us due to packing for a large family! The pool was so great, you have access to all the different beaches. overall it was a great vacation! And thank you for being dog friendly! Thanks again for everything!!!

Just what we needed

The house was perfect! Proximity to the clubhouse and bay was a blessing. Everyone had so much fun as well as relaxation . Communication with the owner was superb. Definitely recommend. 👍

This place is very special to us as we have made so many memories in this home with our two children and two dogs. The property is just steps from the Bay and the community clubhouse where guests can find something for everyone -- indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and game room. It is also just a short drive to everything that Bethany Beach has to offer. The property itself is cozy but has space for multiple families with two primary bedrooms with private bathrooms on two separate floors. You will find everything you need inside to make yourself at home.

We would like to share our home so that others can also enjoy this special property and make their own special memories.
