Wonderful Renovated St. Paul Bungalow.

Bring the whole family to this great home. Welcome to our large 1920’s bungalow located near Como Park. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2022. Located on Wheelock Parkway and centrally located to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With over 2000 square feet, this home is perfect for families, group trips and professionals. This house feels very spacious with a huge kitchen, formal dining room, living room, sun room and large family room. The back yard is fenced in and has a nice patio with table, chairs and a Blackstone grill.

Perfect home for our stay during my father's funeral. Spacious living area where family could gather and enjoy time together. Beds were comfortable and we didn't feel we were missing anything - they even had games and coloring books! Our host accommodated our request for an early check in and was responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great place in every way for our trip to the twin cities to visit family — spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The downstairs floor — with two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounging area with TV, children’s toys, and table with chairs — was the perfect place for children and teens to hang out together. We loved having Como Park just a half mile away — perfect for early-morning walks. Parking in the back is easy and there is plenty of parking on side streets off of Wheelock if you have visitors. It is a very peaceful and charming area in St. Paul. One of best VRBOs we’ve stayed in.

David's beautifully decorated house was perfect for our large group, with four separate bedrooms and five beds. Even better, the small and fully fenced backyard was perfect for our two small pups— we normally have to worry about whether an unknown yard is secure (holes in the fence, loose boards, etc), but there was absolutely no worries here. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Excellent stay, clean house, spacious, and nice amenities

This house was wonderful! The pictures are accurate. The four bedrooms worked perfectly for my group of 7: self & spouse, in-laws, grandma, and two kids. Each spouse had a king bedroom and each single person got their own queen bed. We coule have easily had another 2 or 3 people. The living and dining areas are clean and spacious. The kitchen and restroom had essentials so we didn't have to overpack.Quiet, family neighborhood, and the two car garage was a plus. Close to the Como Zoo and a short 30 minute drive to Mall of America. Easy check in and check out process and the host was quick to respond on the Vrbo app. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming, updated, clean, thoughtful

I highly recommend this spacious, comfortable home. It is in a great location, walk to Lake Como. Nice living room and bedrooms downstairs and up. Breakfast and dinner on the patio were wonderful. Owner was cooperative and communicative, helping us when we forgot an item not once but twice!

Overall, house was fairly clean, but not likely to stay again due to a few reasons. One, the sheets were very wrinkled and all the beds we slept in had a few hairs stuck to the sheets which made us question if they had been washed or not. Two, entrance through the back door was simple enough and the garage was a nice benefit but I can't say we felt super safe at night as it was so dark and the porch light did not extend very far. Additionally, we were awakened by a leaf blower one morning which we weren't expecting, but the alarming part was that they came inside the gate into the yard. When you're not expecting this, and you hear knocking noises against the back door, it's unsettling as a guest. The neighborhood is historic and quiet, which was nice, but the surrounding area(s) unfortunately did not feel the safest to us. Lastly, having an easy to find location for extra toilet paper/papertowels/towels would have been appreciated.

Beautiful Home

The remodel done on this home is absolutely beautiful. We were in town for my son's graduation from the University and chose to stay in a VRBO so we could all be together. The home had everything we needed and the host replied to us very quickly with any questions or concerns we had. I'd definitely recommend this home to others.

So Much to Like

This was our third stay at this great bungalow. Perfect for visiting with our nearby family, who came by to share a few picnics on the patio in back. Enough room in the fenced yard for toddlers to run around. Thanks for sharing your nice place in a great neighborhood!

Family vacation

The house was immaculate, no creepy vibes, the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Really enjoyed the space and the updated amenities. The garage parking and backyard space was a plus! We brought along our kids age 5/8/11 and they said they want to go back and visit again! The host was kind and responsive. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Barry Manilow concert weekend for us sixty-somethings

This property is absolutely perfect for an extended “girls” weekend! It is located in a charming and quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and appointed. If you are interested, the description of a “ bungalow” fits this property to a “T”! It is cosy, yet spacious, and so comfortable that you want to put on your fluffy socks and never leave. We enjoyed every minute we spent in this home!

This beautiful home underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It will easily accomodate large families, multiples families or professionals. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. We are close to many attractions in the area. Como Park, State Fair grounds, Xcel Energy center, Allianz Field, The Ordway theater, Multiple restaraunts, bars and pubs. There is a bike trail on Wheelock parkway connected to the Twin Cities bike trail system. Easy access to the airport, universities, and everything St. Paul and Minneapolis have to offer.

Winter in St. Paul is beautiful.
There are several downhill ski areas, the largest being Afton Alps which offers downhill skiing and snow tubing.
Many city and county parks offer groomed cross country ski trails, including Como Park.
The Roseville Oval offers indoor and outdoor ice skating.

This is not a party house. No party events allowed. Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. We have a security camera mounted on the exterior of the home.
