This small studio is better than a motel and has laundry provided for free. You have a private entrance and is located just blocks away from downtown. Centrally located in the Historical district. Blocks away from Dollar General, Walmart market, and a fast foods. Less than 2 miles away from Tift Regional, ABAC, and is across the street from Fulwood Park.
