House key is to remain in the possession of the primary guest and be returned to the lockbox upon checkout. The key should never be replicated.

My family & I were in town for a funeral & needed a space large enough for extended family to congregate after the service. Not only was the house everything as advertised, the pictures don't do the space justice since it truly is extremely spacious. The location is in a quiet neighborhood hood that is convenient to everything.The hosts were very accommodating & responsive. In addition, the property had alot of nice touches, such as the stocked kitchen & informational labels throughout. Although we didn't get to enjoy the pool during this outing, it definitely was a huge selling point. Would highly recommend this listing to others.

Gorgeous Home!

We were in Tifton for a while and this home was an absolute gem to stay in! The host is very responsive, and takes pride in maintaining their property, stopping by once a week to take care of the pool and yard, even when it was freezing out. We would love to stay again if we're in the area!

Amazing!

This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality!

This property was perfect for our stay. I have stayed in VRBO homes for several years in all price ranges. Although not as modern as some the amenities and services from property manager was better than any other we've used properthadhas crib, basniet

This property was misrepresented. It was advertised there were no hidden fees but we were charged a cleaning as well as another fee. It was advertised with a hot tub, game room, fire pit There was no hot tub, the game room consisted of a claw machine that took quarters and no fire pit at all. The grill was a simple one that took charcoals. It was rather dirty and the furniture was sparce and very uncomfortable. It reminded me of a dr office furniture. I have sent a message to owner but have not heard back. I am very disappointed

The booking said it had a hot tub but it did not. The furniture was bad. The kitchen table didn’t have good chairs. The chairs was like boat seats with legs. The tvs didn’t work. Read that it had a pool table in comments but it did not. We will not be staying there again. The kitchen had very little pans. Also very little silverware

We were very please that the home was large enough for all 11 of us to gather comfortably. Homeowner went the extra mile and purchased a folding 6’ table to accommodate us.

Great Stay!

We gathered here with our daughters and their families to reconnect and had a great time! The house is spacious and has plenty of room for being together as a group or apart for alone time. The pool table was a bonus. Much time was spent playing pool and laughing together. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market minutes away which was great. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Pictures are deceiving. House is sparsely decorated with very dated furniture. Reminded me of a frat house. Lots of DIY projects in this home that should have been left to a professional. Lots of rooms with no meaning

Great amenities

Pool it was stated that the pool was just cleaned, however we found several dead large bugs and we cleaned them out. Also, we found numerous bugs that appeared to be roaches inside of the house. One in the half bath, and one in the kitchen and front living room area. In each bedroom they were very spacious and the fan was a great idea. My suggestion would be to provide hooks or clothing racks for each bedroom since the closets were locked. Great house for children. The bathrooms need bars or pegs to hang towels on. The hospitality provided was fantastic. The water, sodas, and toiletries for the bathrooms was amazing.

It was really perfect for our needs. Nice location in quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Big home with nice large and well maintained pool. Perfect for a young family. We were thrilled with it.
