Enjoy oceanfront paradise with two incredible views from your extensive wraparound balcony. One view overlooks the beach, palm trees and the heated pool, and the other overlooks Tigertail beach. Beautiful sunsets! The steady breeze on the balcony is heavenly.

The condo is an end unit with a wall of windows inviting natural light and the backdrop of palm trees, blue water, and the flora and fauna of Tigertail Beach. This large South Seas 2nd floor unit includes a Master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. This is the largest floorplan in South Seas Northwest and the 2nd floor location allows you to skip the elevators when you prefer.

The heated pool area has a large deck with loungers, tables and tiki huts for shade. The condo's wi-fi covers the pool deck so you can stream music or take a meeting from the pool area! Beautiful landscaping, walkways, and countless amenities add to your Marco vacation. Enjoy the tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, the fitness center, charcoal grills, and shelling for miles along the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphin sightings are also a favorite!

You'll enjoy the coastal feel of the condo and a kitchen with natural light from large windows and all the modern appliances (including dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator ice maker) and cookware you need for dinners overlooking the beauty of Marco. The all-important coffee maker does both drip and K-cups.

The bedrooms include plenty of closet space and open up to the expansive balcony. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The master bath offers her and his sinks to make getting ready that much easier.

The condo includes all the things you need for your beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler bags. A beach cart makes getting everything to the beach a breeze.

South Seas is also a short walk to many of Marco restaurants including Joey's Pizza, Doreen's Cup of Jo, and Thai Sushi.

Central air conditioning and heating, wi-fi, cable TV, linens. Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom feature all the latest streaming services.

Condo association guest registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. Fee is collected by the association when you arrive (in the office at Tower 3).

Lovely week for me and my daughter.

This spacious condo is extremely well taken care of and was very clean upon our arrival. I really appreciated the thought to detail for guests; from outlet blocks for charging electronics, to books, games, extra batteries and tape to name a few. Steve was very quick with responses before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the wrap around patio and lounge chairs. There were a few days we didn't feel like venturing out and were able to enjoy the sun the entire day as if we were at the pool or beach. Two large grocery store options within five minutes of the condo was very nice as well. Thank you, Jennifer & Maddie

Great views and comfortable

We had a great stay. Steve was easy to deal with and the condo was very clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed. We walked to Joeys for dinner one night - about 10 minute walk. We might rent bikes next time to explore the island more. The view from the condo was a perfect mix of pool, trees and beach. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. It gave us great shade and there was always a breeze blowing. We were also able to see the sunset from the balcony, though we chose to walk down to the beach one night. We used the beach cart from the storage locker to carry their beach chairs and umbrellas down to sit on the beach. We found some amazing shells. The app for the washing machines down the hallway was a little fussy and the lady at the pool was a bit abrasive, but otherwise no complaints. We will be back again.
