Located in Jacksonvilles historic district, this fully renovated apartment is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature while being centrally located to everything downtown has to offer. Open your front door which has private parking and you are within walking distance to multiple resturaunts, bars, and outdoor dining in all directions. Opening the back door leads you to a 2nd story balcony that overlooks a creek with lucious greenery that makes you forget you are in the city!

Comfortable accomodations. Bed was very nice. Very nice shower. Loved the ring toss wall game. Laundry room was not desirable. Fridge and microwave were not clean upon arrival. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Very nice quiet location and great property manager communication. Thank you

Cute inside and great location!

The outside scared us a little bit on arrival, but once you get inside, it’s so cute and the neighborhood seems really safe. The king bed was super comfortable. It was a little weird because the bathroom was through the bedroom, so our friend who slept on the bed in the living room had to come through the bedroom to use it. But for the price, it was great and fit our needs, and we all slept really well all 3 nights!

Nice and Clean

Older area called Fairfax, but I was familiar with the area. Outside leaves a not so good first impression, but the apartment above the garage was perfect. I was in town for a few days visiting relatives, and it was just right for me alone. Extremely clean and well maintained. King Size bed is comfortable. Updated fixtures in the bath and kitchen. All the appliances you need. AC worked great. Smart TVs in living and bedroom,. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Easy checkin and out. Futon couch is uncomfortable but I wasn't there that much. I didn't have to contact the owner but feel he would have responded if I had a problem. He messaged me several times to make sure everything was OK. Will likely stay there again.

Best stay we’ve ever had

Amazing upon entry, host was very friendly and laid back… you can definitely tell an interior decorator set this place up, super comfy and homey atmosphere that is also very aesthetically pleasing. Not far at all from the city, we had tickets to a broadway musical at the FSCJ theater and took us less than 15 minutes to get there! Safe neighborhood, I could go on! Needless to say, we’re going to be looking for reasons to travel back all the way from Vero Beach 3 hours away, that’s how great of a stay we had! Five stars

Birthdays/Retirement Road Trip

The property was as pictured and comfortable. It was clean and had all the necessary items. The weather was cool and rainy the days we were there so unfortunately we did not have a chance to enjoy sitting on the back deck. Note if you are a tall person much over 6' 2" the bedroom ceiling may feel low.

Only quibble is the lights in the living room are INCREDIBLY bright/blinding. I had to remove a lot of light bulbs to make it tolerable. Really need to put dimmer switches on these lights. or also put in soft white light bulbs.

Just because

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend “just because”. We had been in Jacksonville back at the end of November for a concert but didn’t really get to do much so we headed back. I can not stress how easy everything was with this experience, from check in to check out. The unit has a very retro feel to it and I feel in love instantly stepping through the door. There were plenty of amenities provided and if there’s anything you need to pick up there’s a Publix just a few minutes away. We walked to one of the local places for dinner on our first night. Met Gary Saturday morning and he was super nice. I 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance and have listed it as a favorite so we can stay here again.

Nice lil spot

Hard to find at first because it was night time and it's tucked away in the back behind the main house... However we found it and entered without a hiccup with the keyless code... Small but more than enough room for my son and I... Had little things we needed in the drawers and pantry... Everything was pretty clean... Neighborhood was cool... People across lake were loud with their music and bonfire but it didn't bother us at all... Ate at the bar/restaurant walking distance away and it was pretty good... Overall I'd def stay there again...

Great Stay

The place was neat and very clean. Love the privacy and pond view. Was thrown off a bit by the location in the back of the main house but got used to it after first night. Recommended stay!

Nice little apartment in Jax!

This apartment is well worth the price. We were pleased with the accuracy of the listing. I appreciated the cold a/c, Smart tv, balcony view, cleanliness of the apt, communication with the host and the restraunts within walking distance of the apt. I will definitely try to book this again the next time we're in Jax.

Great short stay

Although i was only there for one night because of work, the property was great just as the pictures, close to everything you need and bagel shop right around the corner 😀. When I get the chance to go back up that way i will be looking to see if this property is open again. Gary was wonderful and understanding.

Amazing!!

This stay was a great experience for us! Communication was great from host! The place was clean, and decorated very well! They also had a book at the front with information to help if you don’t know what’s around!
