  • We had a great time!!!

"Susan was a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly to any email sent. I could not figure out how to use the wifi the first day, and Susan replied right away to help. When we got there the place was very clean and well maintained. There was every little thing that you can imagine from hair dryers in each bathroom to a stock of dvds to watch. Susan thought of the little touches, too, like making sure there was hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper (with extra) and towels ready to go in each bathroom. It took us about 30 minutes to unpack and decide what we were going to do next! The bikes really came in handy because there were days where my husband would take some of the kids on one trip (like to Orlando) and I would keep the other kids with me (we have four children). There was plenty of room for my four kids, my husband and I to relax and not feel cramped. We cooked a lot in the condo and there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils for cooking. I really liked our location because we had the beach close by and yet we could bike to restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!!"

  • A FAVORITE vacation destination

"10 years ago for a Family Reunion was my first time to the Atlantic Ocean. The Sandpiper Condos located RIGHT ON THE BEACH played a key part in making the trip so memorable! We just had a 2nd Family Reunion there earlier this month and the condos managed by Alicia and her husband are STILL WONDERFUL! Thank you. I'd HIGHLY recommend this destination for anyone! TRULY as described on their website. LOVE that there's so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. And for a short drive Majesty Deep Sea Fishing and Singleton's Seafood Shack."

  • Great location and beach

"This condo was great for our girls weekend trip. There were plenty of beds and beach towels. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was a half bath in the living area. The beach had nice soft sand and was great to walk on. We did have unusually high winds (as in hold the car door with both hands when you open it to keep it from slamming open/closed), and could not tell if we were just unlucky on our weekend or if the geography creates a wind tunnel. Inland just a little bit was not as bad. The condo has two pool areas, both are advertised as heated but only one was. It is possible that the other is heated only to a cool temperature, but the hot tub by that pool was also not warm. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we had fun trying someplace different every night. There are some beach chairs in the garage, but they were in fairly bad shape and the weather was not good enough to sit on the beach anyway. There was also a very nice balcony, but due to the high wind we could not use it."

  • Perfect beach front home. Parking was easy and the house was spacious and comfortable.

"The house was perfect for our beach vacation. It was spacious and literally on the edge of the ocean. Each bedroom had its own bath, the deck across the back of the house was perfect for watching the sun rise and relaxing, the front of the house had a courtyard that was very roomy. There was an abundance of parking that made for easy loading and unloading. The house was convenient to Publix and downtown St. Augustine. Lovely home and a great place to stay!"
