Clean, Beautiful View, and very spacious!

Overall this was a beautiful and clean condo with an amazing view! The kitchen was well equipped and we loved that it had 2 separate ice machines! It was also SO spacious! The only negative was that the guest bedroom beds were very hard and uncomfortable but the living room couch was super comfy and that is where I ended up sleeping being 6 months pregnant. Also, there was no overhead lighting in either guest bedroom and only some of the lamps worked. Other than that it was a perfect stay! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom too. The owner was super quick to respond to messages too which was a plus.

Great Condo (D312)

We booked this condo very last minute for our annual moms/kids beach weekend getaway that we were thinking we wouldn't have time to do. The booking process was very easy and quick. We got a text letting us know that our room was ready early. Even though we were still on the road that was nice to know and communication was greatly appreciated. Our condo was in building D (312) and overlooking the gulf and the lazy river. The condo was very clean and the size was fantastic as we had 6 people in our party. The beach being across the highway was not our favorite as we usually stay at places directly on the beach. But this was a very nice alternative. We enjoyed views of both the gulf, the bay, & the pass. Beautiful! This resort has plenty to do with 6 pools, a lazy river, a marina, tennis/basketball courts and more. Some areas of the resort are showing some wear but everywhere we went was clean! Thank you for a fantastic weekend. We enjoyed most areas of the resort, the beach, The Gulf restaurant just across the pass, and we were also able to go to the Shrimp Festival on our last night. Wish we had more time!
