The house was extremely well maintained and in an excellent location. We saw several whale sightings during our month long stay. House was well equipped and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Very accurate description and pictures. Might want to consider moving the TV in one of the guest bedrooms into the sun room - a great place to lounge. We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Pacific Grove vacation home. Two blocks from Asilomar beach, walkable location to town center, Spanish Bay and 17 mile drive! Every amenity included in this newly renovated home, plus a huge back deck to lounge on and enjoy a morning coffee! The home is bright and cheerful and the furnishings are beautiful. We enjoyed a 6 week stay here, it was the perfect summer. Cannot wait to book this home again!

First time to Monterey and Pacific Grove. The house was very warm and comfortable, enhanced by the gas fireplace. Fully equipped and the best shower ever! Located near the shoreline and the downtown area. Great walking and biking paths along the coast, easily accessible from the house. Highly recommend for a great Monterey stay.
