This comfortable, waterfront townhome is the perfect place to unwind! A rare find featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comes fully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home.
The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a private master bath, and direct access to a covered deck with beautiful, panoramic views of Lake DeSoto. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a cozy queen-size bed and their own attached private bathrooms—giving everyone in your group plenty of space and privacy.
With reclining sofas in the living area, generous seating in the dining room, and a well-stocked kitchen, you’ll have the perfect setup for an unforgettable stay in the Village!

There is a Boat Dock, but there is boat in the slip, so you will not be able to use it
No Smoking Allowed!

If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 min from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
