Welcome to this Two level, family friendly home with a large fenced in yard! With three bedrooms, and three baths, two living areas, and two decks, this home is perfect for your next vacation! On the upper level, you will find an open concept living space, complete with cushy, comfortable seating, large TV, a well appointed Kitchen, and laundry. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen size Adjustable Bed, plenty of clothes storage and an attached bath, which includes double sinks, a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a large tub. (apologies, the jets do not work in the tub, yet still a great place to bathe.) The Second Bedroom, with a Queen Size Bed, is a quiet retreat to catch a great nights sleep. On the lower level, there is a pyramid bunk which features a full size bed with a twin bed above that. You'll also enjoy a third bathroom, offering a walk in shower, a large TV, comfy couches and chairs to kick back in! For the young and young at heart, there is a fun basketball game, darts and other games to enjoy! This level walks out onto a covered deck with folding chairs and a table and huge fenced in yard.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
