Private rental with Amazing Views and Relaxing Vibes

The Modern House is a beautiful 540 sq ft private house. The house boasts a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a nice 3 piece bathroom with shower. The Modern House also boasts a deck with a large covered patio with swinging chairs, BBQ pit and hot tub. We also follow the dark sky initiative and the star gazing is amazing on clear nights. This stunning Terlingua vacation rental is located 3 miles from the Big Bend National Park and a few minutes from the Terlingua Ghost Town. If having a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle bustle and privacy is a must, Paisano Azul Ranch is for you. 

Since we are in the desert and water is a precious resource, we offer a hot tub or a cool pool for those who would like to use it after along days hike for an extra fee. The hot tub fee is a one time fee of $100 on top of the rental fees. The cool pool is a one time fee for $40/booking during the summer.

Perfect location for visiting Big Bend

The Modern House at Paisano Azul exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed plus a great view. It is clean and extremely comfortable. This is the perfect location to enjoy Big Bend and the town of Terlingua.

We’ll be back for sure!

Clean, nice, open, epic views, lots of shade and only a 6 minute drive to the BBNP!! This property is so easy to get to that we were able to hike ‘till dark every night. The bed is comfy and everything you need is on hand. Not to mention the extra bonus of soaking in the hot tub looking at the stars. This is a must see!!

Great Big Bend Accommodations

The house was a modern 1 bed room secluded from others. The second bed is a trundle style sofa pull out. It worked well for our 11 yr old twins, not sure it would work for two adults. The hot tub was inflatable and had a great view of the mountains. There was a full size refrigerator and stove/oven. You could easily cook there if you wanted. It was less than. a 20 min drive to the park entrance. Coffee and a coffee maker are provided, but bring your own cream and sugar. We got there the first night in total darkness and had trouble finding it. The property manager called me and helped me find it. It was a quiet and cozy place to stay.

It is only minutes away from the park entrance. Our Terlingua Vacation Rentals offer breathtaking views of the Chisos Mountains, provide panoramic views of the surrounding area and boast the best big bend stargazing around. Our two rentals are private and secluded so you can relax and enjoy yourself without a lot to other guests around. Both rentals boast comfortable outdoor seating to marvel at the spectacular night sky with the Milky Way. If you love star gazing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors, then you’ve come to the right place!
