The space was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and we had great communication with the owner. The ONLY issue I have is that they're are four VERY spacious closets, but not one, single hanger.

We loved our stay here. It was close to everything we needed, it was clean, had every appliance we could have wanted, and would absolutely stay here again. Beds were comfy, water-pressure was great, and there was plenty of space.

Comfortable stay

Our family had a great stay while visiting relatives. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. It was a bonus that each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. We did not need to do laundry, but it was nice to know the washer/dryer was available.

Football weekend

Each room having a bedroom/bathroom/closet attached to it was very nice. The open common area was very accommodating too for socializing with friends. It was a short drive to the stadium and easy to find. We would be happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed having a room with bathroom for all of us. Was neat and clean. Could have used more towels in kitchen. Wasn’t enough dish soap.

Awesome stay!

Four women stayed together and loved our own bathrooms! There is no access to garage, but our car was fine in the driveway. Overall, it was great.

Great Homecoming Weekend

Our family had an amazing weekend in Columbia visiting our daughter who attends MU! We enjoyed being so close to Columbia but also in a quiet neighborhood. We had an amazing host who communicated well and and the townhouse was perfect for our family for MU homecoming. 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths made for a great weekend with family. The townhouse was perfect! We will stay here again!

Mizzou Vet Med graduation

The house worked out fantastic for our family! We had one issue but Bill was very responsive and it all worked out. Initially I was concerned because the listing was removed from the website before our stay. I would have liked to have been able to refer to it for reference especially the week before our visit. Turned out that the house was well equipped. Other than that, it was a perfect rental for a perfect weekend!! 5 out of 5 recommend!!
